Everyone pushes, Nick never pushed. What a pleasure!! We test drove the 'Fit' w/o an appointment, checked colors in another lot, checked options. Financing was flexible. The car fit my needs: to be be able to put two bikes in the hatchback, gotta love the rear windshield wiper, etc. It's the No. 1 car for my needs. Mr. Rosario provided me with a new experience in looking for a car. He explained all the virtues of the models I was looking at, took me for a test drive in one, and then exerted absolutely no pressure to b for a car. He is a gentleman and got me in and out of his office in record time again without any pressure to buy anything although the offers were made. I picked up my new car on New Year’s Eve and I was extremely surprise to see how much time they spent with me explaining all the new features of my new 2013 Honda Accord with Navigation. Jerry was a pleasure to work with. We arrived around 1:30 pm to pick up the car and we were not done until 5pm. Jerry Holmes took his time in explaining to us all the new Features as well as letting me navigate through it. We knew before hand that they were closing at 5pm since it was New Years Eve but Jerry did not rush thru the instructions and he made sure I had everything under control before I left the lot. The whole process was hassle free especially with the finance department they had all the paper work ready when I arrived at the dealership, and on top of that I was able to get a great rate on the 2013 model. Honda of Tenafly was recommended to me by a friend who promised that I would have a great experience in a hassle free environment, he was so right.
