He showed us features on the vehicle that we would not otherwise have known about. Since the vehicle is used, there were a few items that had to be taken care of, including a dent in the rear bumper. When we picked up our vehicle we were pleasantly surprised to learn that Herbie and the service department had gone above and beyond what was required and had replaced the bumper.
