A" no pressure" car buying experience Anna Marie never pressured me to purchase the vehicle I ended up buying. She drove the truck to my local mechanic so he could look it over and give me his opinion. Any time a problem arose, she worked to resolve it. She was pleasant to deal with and went out of her way even when the sale was over. I want to mention two other gentlemen who helped to make this a positive buying experience. William Bonet, who went over all the vehicle's features with us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the truck wasn't a Honda! He also helped us with a problem we were having with our CR-V. He didn't have to do that but he was more than happy to help. It took him 2 seconds to explain what we were doing wrong. He obviously went above and beyond his job and we appreciated it. Steve Berkowitz went over the financial end of our purchase. He explain the additional warranty we could purchase but at no time pressured us to buy. He explained everything else thoroughly and answered all our questions in a pleasant and professional manner. AnnaMarie was super sweet and knowledgeable of the vehicle I leased. However, I’m not sure if I will return to Honda Tenafly once my lease is up. After reading through my lease contract I discovered m vehicle I leased. However, I’m not sure if I will return to Honda Tenafly once my lease is up. After reading through my lease contract I discovered my old vehicle sold for a lot more than what I was told it would sell for. I was told I would be responsible for the remaining balance which was applied to my lease contract pushing up my monthly lease payments. I reached out to AnnaMarie with my concerns and her response was that the payments are higher because I had extras added to the vehicle. This wasn’t the conversation we initially had the day of the sale. I felt she was not completely honest with me regarding the whole deal. This is an update to my previous review, I want to take this time to thank Mr. Mike Varela for taking his time and explaining the terms of my car lease. He definitely showed interest and care for my concerns and worked along AnnaMarie to resolve them. AnnaMarie was great, helpful and resourceful in finding the perfect vehicle for me.
