I literally spent 3 weeks trying to get a paint anomaly fixed on the panel just under my drivers side door at the other dealership because it was closer to my house. They wouldn't even call me back and I actually to time off work to meet the collision Mgr and he never showed. phone called not answered. The total Ghost, Wow how professional of Autonation Honda of Chandler. I took my car to a 2:30 appt and Tommy was literally waiting outside for me and it was hot!. After some lively discussion he called me within 10 minutes, told me to have the car there at 7am. I was first in line and Tommy again came out literally took my car into the shop and told me to just wait a few minutes. 15 minutes later he brought the car out fixed. He told me they were just waiting for me to get there so they could swap the panel. OMG it was like a pit stop and no arguments, like the other place. Tommy did a great job and has my business from now on. Thats what I call Customer service. He knew I was upset and he made it right. More

Renewed Faith. I recently purchased two new Michelin tires for my Honda Odyssey. Well, the service goofed up and sent me home with two different tires which I didn I recently purchased two new Michelin tires for my Honda Odyssey. Well, the service goofed up and sent me home with two different tires which I didn't noticed till I got home. So away I go again to the dealership and got the identical tires. Well I went home and noticed that there was a cap for the new tires missing. By this time I was kind of annoyed that a small little thing like that was forgotten to be installed. Phoned the service manager and Chris was very apologetic and Tom Durante the service director came on the phone and again was very apologetic and straight forward saying they'd goofed up and how could he make this up to me to make my service experience a positive one. So I met Tom this morning and was very impressed with his sincerity and again with his apologies saying that this one got away from them. They can't be right a hundred percent of the time but they will strive for the total satisfaction of every customer who visits their service department. I was totally won over because of Tom being totally honest with me. So all I can say over this, that it was solved and I'm walking away from the dealership with a satisfied feeling. I will consider using their service again next time, but will check and recheck before driving away so these mistakes won't reoccur. Again thanks Tom for making it right! I will be looking forward to next time. More
Unbelievable inefficiencies! I made an appointment 10 days in advance to get 2 brand new tires installed, matching what I already had on my 2006 Honda. I was told that they didn’t have them in stock but they would guarantee they had it for the appointment day. I was told they would phone me the day before to confirm that the tires were in. No call was made... I finally had to call them and get the run around, told I didn’t have an appointment, and had to come up with the previous agent’s name. Oh...they found my appointment and yes they had ONE tire and they would get the other one in the morning. Next morning I get the tires changed in 1 1/2 hours and come home. They put 2 DIFFERENT tires on my vehicle. After phoning back to tell them of this new development, the agent promised to phone back...Two hours later, I drove back to get some answers and show them the unacceptable situation. They made me another appointment to change one of the tires so I would have a match. Again, I did not take my microscope out!...and should have. I get home, and this time, they FORGOT to put a valve cap back on the tire. So now, I am having to go back a FOURTH time!! I call this incompetence and inefficiencies. I will never again go for anything at this dealership. I have always dealt with Honda service in my own locations but this was totally disappointing and frustrating. More

Complete and total disappointment and regret. Originally went in to fix a simple tint mistake that was never applied but paid for and to speak about finding a certain new car for my 90 year old; V Originally went in to fix a simple tint mistake that was never applied but paid for and to speak about finding a certain new car for my 90 year old; Veteran Great-Uncle and was ignored for over 20 minutes. I left and worked out another deal for a Jeep at a competitors dealership. Leaving there sastified I returned to Honda in the hopes of at the very least having the Paid for Tint Applied, was ignored and finally when I sought out mangnement I was passed off onto someone who could not help me. So I returned the following morning with the understanding it would be applied and we worked things out. I received what they claimed and swore to me was the finished product and I was wrong because it was simply "settling". They charged him $895 for Tint that was never applied and when it was it had more bubbles and debris trapped under it than I have ever seen. There is Human Hair trapped under some edges still. So I now must take a Fifth day away from work to handle this and make sure he is comfortable. I plan on going elsewhere for Any and all my Honda Needs. More

Real poor customer service You need to run not walk away from this so called dealership. Took my new Civic in for a replacement grille and a cowl close out piece that were not p You need to run not walk away from this so called dealership. Took my new Civic in for a replacement grille and a cowl close out piece that were not properly attached, when they said it was done the grille was not installed correctly and they had broke the Honda emblem off of it. They dented the left fender putting the piece on the cowl. They also broke the right headlight and the chrome piece that goes above it. The weasel so called manager came out and said you must have wrecked the car. It was a new piece that had been poorly installed, the rest of the damage they caused. Bottom line is they are VERY dishonest, they make crooked dealerships seem like saints. I guess they feel because we are senior citizens they can just treat us any way they want and we just have to take it. Well we live in a high end 55 plus community and don't think we won't be telling everyone one we come in contact with about your treatment. Please, please, please save yourself from these crooks and go elsewhere. More
