What? I can't give 10 stars to the Service Center at Honda of Superstition Springs? They deserve it - with a special shoutout to the Service Director, Tommy Durante. I purchased my CR-V in 2013 and it's Honda of Superstition Springs? They deserve it - with a special shoutout to the Service Director, Tommy Durante. I was VERY pleased with Cesar's caring and dealing with my HDD problem. He took plenty of time to address my concerns and also quickly fixed the glove compartment door which had no spring left to it. I've been going to Honda dealers for servicing for 25 years and just relocated from Colorado to the warmest and friendliest welcome I ever received. I've been going to Honda dealers for servicing for 25 years and just relocated from Colorado to Arizona. Went to Honda of Superstition Springs in Mesa, AZ for the first time. Their service was also the most time efficient I ever experienced, as I waited only one hour and 15 minutes, unlike waiting most of the day at other Honda dealers. This exceptional service team is the best I ever had! Thank you Tommy! More
I have been taking my Honda Civic for service to Superstition Honda for 8 years. I’m in Tempe and I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else! Tommy Durante the (Service Manager) always makes sure I get Superstition Honda for 8 years. I’m in Tempe and I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else! Tommy Durante the (Service Manager) always makes sure I get the very best of service! Everyone in the service department including Tommy will go over everything that you need to get done. But never pressures you. All with great customer service! He goes above and beyond every time. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you will be 100% satisfied. They take all precautions because of Covid! I always leave extremely satisfied! manager More

Mechanics were unable to diagnose the problem or fix the car Over the past 2 years, I had my car serviced because the steering wheel shimmied when the brakes were applied and more recently, the engine had random Over the past 2 years, I had my car serviced because the steering wheel shimmied when the brakes were applied and more recently, the engine had random misfires. I paid several hundred dollars for brake job, $99 for a diagnostics, and $600 for a valve adjustment. But the problems weren't fixed. I then paid additional $200 for more exploratory work - to no avail. The shimmy was fixed when Firestone replaced the tie rods. And the misfires were fixed when I replaced the EGR valve at the suggestion of the clerk behind the counter at O'Reillys Auto Parts. Bottom line, I wouldn't trust Superstition Springs with anything above an oil change. More
Tried to overcharge for unneeded service. Took 2011 Pilot in because VSA and Emissions light came on and service department tried to say the rings were "shot" because of the heat in AZ. We pa Took 2011 Pilot in because VSA and Emissions light came on and service department tried to say the rings were "shot" because of the heat in AZ. We paid for the diagnostics and took to a local automotive shop and they did a compression test and tested the spark plugs. They replaced the spark plugs and what Honda at Superstition Springs was going to charge $3500 for the shop did for $713.00. Make sure you get a second opinion if it just doesn't seem right! Guess maybe the mechanic was trying to make his year end quota! Too bad too, because we have taken the car there before and have been satisfied with the service and the work. More

Every single employee from Service Advisor to cashier to sales staff to mechanics were helpful, friendly, patient, professional and genuinely interested in serving me. It’s a classy dealership and I’m so glad it’s close to where I live. Even the General Manager gives out his personal phone number on several cardboard mannequins in the showroom and service area! Lifesaver!! Went to Honda for a service part I had ordered and ended up with a flat tire in the parking lot without the correct key to detach it. After explaining the situation to several different Honda employees, Fred Haydock was the only individual willing to lend a helping hand. He went out of his way to call someone to help out, and ultimately led us to a nearby auto store with exactly what we needed. Throughout the whole process he was very helpful and we couldn't have made it out without him! Best dealer ever! Thank you Fred! More
