completely incompetent Because I proximity I keep going to this horrific place...no more. I am always less than impressed and they always prove to be incompetent. I bought Because I proximity I keep going to this horrific place...no more. I am always less than impressed and they always prove to be incompetent. I bought an extended warranty there and a year later it still hasn't been put "in the system" but they certainly took my $2739 for it! In July they took 3 days to dig it out of a warehouse somewhere to find out that I did indeed purchase one. Here it is 3 months later and it's still not in the darned system. ALSO I found out that even if it was in the system I wouldn't be able to use it at other Honda dealerships. PLUS the "work" they did do didn't even fix the problems I was having. AND the "detail" that they did for me (for the low low price of $100, a discount because of all the trouble) was the worst detail I've ever had. Proximity or not I'm done giving this place another single second of my time and business. More
Done with this dealer and service department My wife and I have purchased 6 new and used Hondas from this dealership in the last 10 years. I'm just tired of having to explain, follow up and go out of my way to get repairs done, get warranty items repaired. We now are down to a 2011 Pilot and I'm getting rid of it. Got the wife an Infiniti Q50 and the dealership is great. Was considering trading the 2011 Pilot for a new one. When we bought the pilot new was told no one was going to make in dash GPS anymore. They sold me a third party GPS that is in part of the mirror. It's never worked right. Took it in several times the first week. It's never been fixed. We just stopped using it. On one car SS Honda sold me an extended tire warranty. Had a tire go bad and was told by service it was covered. After a phone call was told it was valid. Had to take another day from work off to go back. Was told 5 days ago the GM would call me to discuss a trade. No one ever called me...this was in response to my e-mail to them about my issues. Basically they just ignore you. Spend your money some where else. Service and honesty went downhill at this place. Was going to contact Honda USA but decided why waste the effort. More
I have taken my Honda Pilot in to this dealership for routine oil changes and repairs from usual wear and tear since the time of purchase. Friends and family have recommended local shops and garages to routine oil changes and repairs from usual wear and tear since the time of purchase. Friends and family have recommended local shops and garages to me, but I have consistently had prompt, courteous service from the Service Team at this Dealership and I am not willing to give that up. Ask for Peter and you will consistently find a bright, honest, professional interaction with someone you can trust with any question or need you have with your car. More
Avoid Service Department. Nothing short of fraudulent. There was a recall notice on my 2007 accord to replace the power steering hose. I took the car in and the work was done. I have documents stating the There was a recall notice on my 2007 accord to replace the power steering hose. I took the car in and the work was done. I have documents stating the recall work was complete. They also told me my rear brakes were almost gone. I measured the brakes when I got home and still had 5mm left on each pad. Today when I was having my timing belt replaced at another honda dealership, they popped the hood and noticed the power steering hose. They told me there was a recall and I should get this done while I was there. i explained that I had it done. He showed me the parts and explained that they replaced the hose with another of the recalled design. WOW!!! If you are worried about scammers and are not very knowledgable about cars, avoid this place. They ARE out to scam you. More
This past Saturday, April 6, 2013, I took my 2007 Honda Odyssey in for Service. I needed new front brake pads and upon inspection they found my timing belt needed replacement. In first making the appointm Odyssey in for Service. I needed new front brake pads and upon inspection they found my timing belt needed replacement. In first making the appointment a few days prior I was directed to ‘Yvette’ in the Service department. We was wonderfully helpful and personal. Upon bringing the vehicle in she greeted me very quickly, called me later for verification, reviewed my bill and was able to leverage me a few discounts on the service charges, and kind enough to kibitz and joke with me (she is a very nice person) while waiting for my vehicle to be washed – another nice little perk. Overall a 10 out of 10 customer service experience!… JGH More
So, I have been bringing both cars of my family, a Honda Pilot of my parents and my Civic to this dealer for service over 2 years already; Alonso and Tom have been great and went the extra mile to exceed ev Pilot of my parents and my Civic to this dealer for service over 2 years already; Alonso and Tom have been great and went the extra mile to exceed every expectation from us (my family). They make us feel important and they are very nice from the beginning to the end. Sometimes, I used my credit card to make the payment and sometimes, I used my dad card to pay since he works late shift and the service center closes at 18:00 MST. I never ran into any issue before until today. I was using my dad card to pay for the service together with the authorization (allow me to use my dad card to pay at Superstition Springs Honda) form that was filled out; and Mr. Greg Adams would not agree for me to do so at first; so I had to call my dad who is at work and speak somewhat English to come out and spoke to him so that Mr. Adams here know that I was allowed to use my dad card. I meant: it was 17:50 MST already and my day began at 05:30, I worked and went to school and this. Ultimately, I would recommend this dealer; but if you are about to make any payment or do any service at this dealer, get ready with your proof of ownership when Mr. Adams comes and talks to you. The staff is friendly, nice and liking to joke. More

October 27, 2012 I went to the Honda of Superstition Springs. I had a coupon for Showcase Honda for an oil change. On Honda of Superstition Springs webpage it advertises that they will accept all local Honda Coupons. I printed off the below coupon. The service advisor wasn’t sure they would accept. She spoke with the manager (Greg Adams) and he stated no. I then asked to speak with him. Mr. Adams was cold and not accommodating by the least bit. He stated that the coupon stated only valid at Showcase Honda. I said but your website states you will match all coupons. He said we will not accept this one. I then asked so your website is misleading and he simply nodded his head. I then told him I would not ever bring my car here again. Mr. Adams stated nothing. I have owned my Honda Civic for 4 years and have never received such maltreatment at a Honda Dealership! I feel that Mr. Adams should have offered something in order to keep my Honda busines More
I have used this dealership several times yet usually nervous as I feel I will be taken advantage of , being a woman. My most recent visit I was greeted by a lovely woman, Yvette. She was so friendly and nervous as I feel I will be taken advantage of , being a woman. My most recent visit I was greeted by a lovely woman, Yvette. She was so friendly and cheerful her laughter was contagious and put me at ease. Usually when I check in I am bombarded with "your car needs this & have you done this" on this visit I asked for an oil change, I was not pressured to do all kinds of stuff. When my car was being washed Yvette came to me and went over some noted items that needed my attention, some very soon, others could wait. I trusted what she was saying as there was no pressure. Asked her if everything could be done that day, she said yes but that I really could wait on some of the items. I agreed to have only the items she recommended at that time done, she offered me shuttle service and was just so nice. It is refreshing to find a woman who is knowledgable in the auto service area . Her honest, warm friendly attitude is a true asset. When it is time for future service I will be at honda superstition asking for Yvette. More
