dealer is too shady I brought my 02 Civic in because my SRS light came on. I was told that it was just a rear seatbelt that was covered under warranty. So I came back a f I brought my 02 Civic in because my SRS light came on. I was told that it was just a rear seatbelt that was covered under warranty. So I came back a few days later when the part arrived and they installed it, turned off the SRS light and I was on my way. A week later the light came back on and I took it back and this time it was for my airbags that were under warranty. They replaced my airbag and told me they needed to do a $100+ diagnostics to find out why my SRS light was on. I refused to pay that and they said it was one of two things and each potential problem was a $1000+ fix. I understand this is a business, but it had been my 3rd time visiting this dealer for one problem, and I still didn't get an answer. It would be a shame if I had visited this dealership 3 times for a safety concern (SRS light) and somehow been involved in an accident where my airbag didn't work... To me this just says that they care more about money than customer safety and satisfaction. I did give them a low rating in a follow up email, and I received a phone call asking to trade my civic in for a new car? Yeah right. I love my civic but I will never ever do any business with them. They are too shady for my liking. On a side note, my coworker has had bad experiences with this same dealer. More
Had an issue and they took some extra time to resolve it. This is my first honda as I have always driven VW. You would figure that the level of attention to purchasing a $50,000 Honda Odyssey would be similar This is my first honda as I have always driven VW. You would figure that the level of attention to purchasing a $50,000 Honda Odyssey would be similar to that of a purchase at Lexus, BMW, Mercedes ect. No loaner program is a real burden. If you want someone to actually care about your car, get to know the people in the service department and pick a service person to use every time. This helps them get to know you and to know your vehicle. I have though found some really good people and can suggest then to you. James Macias is the Service Marketing Manager and I can tell you that he is top notch. As he is not the guy you will be dealing with directly, he gave me a service advisor named Tommy who was very thorough and kept me up to date on the repairs. I think that if you get the time to say hello, and take a minute that you too can create the relationship necessary to make you want to stay with a dealer. Would still like to see a loaner program. Oversold service work! I recently took my '08 Odyssey to this dealership. I realize that Honda Canada and Honda U.S. are not the same. But I expected the same type of Customer Service from Superstition Springs Honda. I have dealt with this dealership with two different Odysseys for 10 years and had never run into this type of problem. I went to Honda to have my brakes checked before traveling home. The result was a fairly comprehensive "diagnostic" of the vehicle. I was informed that the rear brakes were at 20%, the front brakes were at 80% but should be replaced because they were after-market are were damaging the rotors, the serpentine timing belt should be replaced (there are no cracks in the belt and was recently replaced), the cabin filter was dirty (replaced three weeks ago) and the front lower control arm bushings should be done as they are getting close to the frame. I obviously went and got another opinion, had the rear brakes done and saved about $2200 US. Dollars. More

completely incompetent Because I proximity I keep going to this horrific place...no more. I am always less than impressed and they always prove to be incompetent. I bought Because I proximity I keep going to this horrific place...no more. I am always less than impressed and they always prove to be incompetent. I bought an extended warranty there and a year later it still hasn't been put "in the system" but they certainly took my $2739 for it! In July they took 3 days to dig it out of a warehouse somewhere to find out that I did indeed purchase one. Here it is 3 months later and it's still not in the darned system. ALSO I found out that even if it was in the system I wouldn't be able to use it at other Honda dealerships. PLUS the "work" they did do didn't even fix the problems I was having. AND the "detail" that they did for me (for the low low price of $100, a discount because of all the trouble) was the worst detail I've ever had. Proximity or not I'm done giving this place another single second of my time and business. More
Done with this dealer and service department My wife and I have purchased 6 new and used Hondas from this dealership in the last 10 years. I'm just tired of having to explain, follow up and go ou My wife and I have purchased 6 new and used Hondas from this dealership in the last 10 years. I'm just tired of having to explain, follow up and go out of my way to get repairs done, get warranty items repaired. We now are down to a 2011 Pilot and I'm getting rid of it. Got the wife an Infiniti Q50 and the dealership is great. Was considering trading the 2011 Pilot for a new one. When we bought the pilot new was told no one was going to make in dash GPS anymore. They sold me a third party GPS that is in part of the mirror. It's never worked right. Took it in several times the first week. It's never been fixed. We just stopped using it. On one car SS Honda sold me an extended tire warranty. Had a tire go bad and was told by service it was covered. After a phone call was told it was valid. Had to take another day from work off to go back. Was told 5 days ago the GM would call me to discuss a trade. No one ever called me...this was in response to my e-mail to them about my issues. Basically they just ignore you. Spend your money some where else. Service and honesty went downhill at this place. Was going to contact Honda USA but decided why waste the effort. More
I have taken my Honda Pilot in to this dealership for routine oil changes and repairs from usual wear and tear since the time of purchase. Friends and family have recommended local shops and garages to routine oil changes and repairs from usual wear and tear since the time of purchase. Friends and family have recommended local shops and garages to me, but I have consistently had prompt, courteous service from the Service Team at this Dealership and I am not willing to give that up. Ask for Peter and you will consistently find a bright, honest, professional interaction with someone you can trust with any question or need you have with your car. More
Avoid Service Department. Nothing short of fraudulent. There was a recall notice on my 2007 accord to replace the power steering hose. I took the car in and the work was done. I have documents stating the There was a recall notice on my 2007 accord to replace the power steering hose. I took the car in and the work was done. I have documents stating the recall work was complete. They also told me my rear brakes were almost gone. I measured the brakes when I got home and still had 5mm left on each pad. Today when I was having my timing belt replaced at another honda dealership, they popped the hood and noticed the power steering hose. They told me there was a recall and I should get this done while I was there. i explained that I had it done. He showed me the parts and explained that they replaced the hose with another of the recalled design. WOW!!! If you are worried about scammers and are not very knowledgable about cars, avoid this place. They ARE out to scam you. More
This past Saturday, April 6, 2013, I took my 2007 Honda Odyssey in for Service. I needed new front brake pads and upon inspection they found my timing belt needed replacement. In first making the appointm Odyssey in for Service. I needed new front brake pads and upon inspection they found my timing belt needed replacement. In first making the appointment a few days prior I was directed to ‘Yvette’ in the Service department. We was wonderfully helpful and personal. Upon bringing the vehicle in she greeted me very quickly, called me later for verification, reviewed my bill and was able to leverage me a few discounts on the service charges, and kind enough to kibitz and joke with me (she is a very nice person) while waiting for my vehicle to be washed – another nice little perk. Overall a 10 out of 10 customer service experience!… JGH More
