She offered a rental car and when the Pilot was finished in just a few hours she called and let me know that it was finished. My car was under warranty and I had no out of pocket expenses, can't ask for any better service than that. Thank you. More
Oil change and tire rotation. I was met in the service department by a gentleman named Tommy. He looked the car over, told me what they were going to do and how much it was going t I was met in the service department by a gentleman named Tommy. Never had a better automobile dealership service experience I had to have the airbag replaced in my 2004 element. I called in the morning and they had me in by noon. I was greeted at the service door as I got I had to have the airbag replaced in my 2004 element. I called in the morning and they had me in by noon. I was greeted at the service door as I got out of my car and my service guy took me into the service reception area and explained what would be done with my car. We asked him to have the service guys check my battery and let me know if I needed a new one. He told me he would call when the test was done. We had the choice to wait for my car in their really comfortable waiting area, which had coffee, cold water, and goodies, lots of magazines, and the tv on. We decided to bum around the mall across the street. He said the car would be ready in 90 minutes, and he called prior to that to say that the battery was fine and he would not replace it right now. The car ready at the next call and they kept it for me until I returned later in the day to get it. When I came in, "my" service guy, Scott, went through what was done for me and walked me to the cashier. It was no charge for the recall work. While I was there, someone brought my car to the door for me. Oh, one thing I forgot....apparently they always do a car wash with service. The facilities weren't working that day so he gave me a coupon for a free car wash down the street. Very unexpected and nice. Based on the help from Scott and the experience of this service shop, I will be coming back, and if I purchase another honda, I will do that here as well. More

Also Mr Trent Hegelheimer has helped me with my NAV by showing me how to connect my phone to the system and just lately he helped correct a problem with repeating "the phone has been connected". Quick same day service We had a problem with our Honda Pilot. We took it in and explained what problems we encountered and they were able to find the problem and get it fixe We had a problem with our Honda Pilot. 1st time experience I stopped in for a no appointment oil change on a Monday. Very impressed with service. In and out in an hour.
