Dakota was my angel! I worked with Dakota and I could not say enough great things about him! I had just come from Northern Arizona , where I live, and I pulled into the service bay without an appointment. My car couldn’t go any further and died. I was mid panic and trying not to cry but Dakota took his break time to help me. I knew he was busy, but he genuinely wanted to make sure I was safe and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden. I being a woman, was so nervous to be far from home, alone and completely stranded. I was so glad he was the one to help me. He helped me get into a rental car and stay safe. He was so kind the entire time Honda had my car. He kept me well informed of what was going on, answered my millions of questions and phone calls, and took the time to make me feel human and not like I was a number. I have never experienced such insanely kind customer service from a dealership. I will shout his good name and praises to everyone who asks. My circumstances weren’t great but Dakota helped me feel taken care of and not taken advantage of. He is 100000000 % a blessing to Honda! Thank you times infinity to Dakota and team! More
I have been going to this Honda dealership for 7 years and in my experience has always been top tier. After my first service advisor parted from Honda I wasn’t to open to the idea of having a new service and in my experience has always been top tier. For 4 years now I have experienced service with Jason Kobayashi and the guy never disappoints. The professionalism and attention to detail when deciphering my vehicle needs are always met along with taking the time to circle back on comments I may have made during my last visit. Jason is very personable and very customer focused. Jason provides guidance on vehicle necessities where he takes the time to break down in detail and expands on terminology for me as I don’t know much about vehicles. Highly recommend requesting for Jason as he is truly going to look out for you. More

We have tried to work with them several times. They are awful. We have 2 open recalls that we can't seem to get them to fix. Twice we called and scheduled times and they promised we could have a l They are awful. We have 2 open recalls that we can't seem to get them to fix. Twice we called and scheduled times and they promised we could have a loaner while they took time to do the recalls. When we showed up for the appointment they said they don't do loaners. But for some reason they keep promising them. They said a manager would contact us but they never did. Go figure. So this time we made arrangements for ourselves so we could leave the vehicle. Then they call us after we have left the vehicle saying your car is in great shape! It needs $3,000 in repairs though... and we can't do one of the recalls unless you do one of the repairs. The recall is a legitimate safety concern that is malfunctioning in our car, and they just want to make money off of us. Im not sure how or who to complain to but i would think that it would be mandatory for them to replace something that is malfunctioning and is a safety concern. These people are a joke More

I am giving this dealership and Michael Lacy a 5 star review. I was in a car crisis at 8am this morning and Michael so kindly went out of his way to help me. From opening the door before starting time af review. I was in a car crisis at 8am this morning and Michael so kindly went out of his way to help me. From opening the door before starting time after my insistent pounding, to his caring, thoughtful, calming attitude during my mini-crisis. He helped me to work step by step to achieve the result I needed…getting my car from where it sat with a dead battery to their dealership. My car is out of warranty and he didn’t need to do anything for me. But he patiently helped me work through processes I needed to do. I can’t speak highly enough of him and this dealership. As staff arrived Michael explained what my situation was and everyone was so kind. This is my second car purchased through this dealership in the last 10 years. 5 star service through all processes. Buying and financing, service and now this above and beyond the call by Michael Lacy. The dealership has a Council of Sales Leadership Award of Silver; it definitely deserves a gold or platinum award. And I will definitely buy my next car from here and recommend them to friends or relatives who are in the market for a car! More
