I’ve had two encounters with Honda SS and both have been great. The first time was with the service department, they were so accommodating and honest I vowed to come back the next time I needed a car which great. Mechanics were unable to diagnose the problem or fix the car Over the past 2 years, I had my car serviced because the steering wheel shimmied when the brakes were applied and more recently, the engine had random Over the past 2 years, I had my car serviced because the steering wheel shimmied when the brakes were applied and more recently, the engine had random misfires. I paid several hundred dollars for brake job, $99 for a diagnostics, and $600 for a valve adjustment. But the problems weren't fixed. I then paid additional $200 for more exploratory work - to no avail. The shimmy was fixed when Firestone replaced the tie rods. And the misfires were fixed when I replaced the EGR valve at the suggestion of the clerk behind the counter at O'Reillys Auto Parts. Bottom line, I wouldn't trust Superstition Springs with anything above an oil change. More
