We decided to purchase our leased vehicle. After leasing decided to remove the Honda Care (add on) and were credited the amount (which was added to be paid upon the pay off of the lease). The GM Chris Cott decided to remove the Honda Care (add on) and were credited the amount (which was added to be paid upon the pay off of the lease). The GM Chris Cottongim did not paid the entire lease because he used our credited monies to go towards the lease pay off. Dishonest, once we realized this he said he'd cut us a check but the leasing company will not issue a title because the lease was not PIF! What a nightmare! Beware - experience with finance was deceiving and we will NEVER return due to the lies, talking in circles, just a bunch of liars who smile and can talk a muck of crap making you feel horrible to be had, duped, mislead, lied to and we want to warn to please be on guard. More
