The dealership is family owned, so the atmosphere is very friendly. The entire experience is hassle free. Everyone is willing to help, nice, and decent. No one pushes you into any offer. Dan Ngo is my hero. He has helped me on two occasions now to sort out my thoughts as well as accomplish what I considered to be the impossible. One year ago, I was in a lease of a Honda Pilot that was just t to sort out my thoughts as well as accomplish what I considered to be the impossible. One year ago, I was in a lease of a Honda Pilot that was just too expensive after I started law school and experienced a drastic cutback in my budget. I couldn't find a way to sell it because people weren't interested in a lease, gas prices were high, and the economy was tanking. Dan sat down with me in front of a computer, treated me like an intelligent being, ran me through the numbers, and helped me to logically find the right car at the right price; a Honda Civic lease in exchange for my Pilot. It saved me money, got me into a car I could better afford, and that I have loved since. My wife just got her first job since becoming a Permanent Resident two months ago, and we soon realized that we would need a second car; however, she has no credit history. We decided to buy an old, used car as cheap as we could to achieve as low of a payment as possible while I am still in law school. We visited Honda of Superstition many times and worked with many sales people, Blane, Dan (the one that used to sell Volkswagens), and another really nice LDS guy. Blane was awesome, friendly, and followed up without being overly bearing. He let us do our own thing, listened, and was never pushy. Dan was also super nice up front. He does an excellent job of explaining how financing works at a very basic level, and can actually use that technique to help build some consumer confidence; however, after he could see that we weren't sold on any of the cars or ideas to lease (which we later ended up doing), he became very pushy, which was an immediate turn-off. He then busted out the "let's be honest with each other" and "what's the real reason your not interested" lines on us, which helped us to decide that we weren't going to purchase anything that day, and certainly not from him. I used to be a salesman, and I've learned a thing or two about contracts and negotiations in law school, and if there's one thing I hate, it's the "let's be honest with each other" bit. I understand that when people aren't giving you buying signals, that as a sales person your job is to find out the buyers real concerns and then overcome them, but sometimes, you just gotta back off and give some people their space to think and work it out for themselves. He did not do that, and it turned out being a bitter experience that made us not want to come back. If he'd have just done is opening bit, which was very good, and then listen to us and show us the used car we wanted to see, we would have probably come to the conclusion that he hoped for on our own. Anyway, we looked around elsewhere and found that we could get what we wanted, but that it would take another 3 to 4 months. That's when I decided to sit down with Dan Ngo again and see if he could help make sense of our situation. After 5 minutes with Dan Ngo, I knew we would be able to negotiate a deal. That's one of the things I appreciate about Dan Ngo, he listens to the situation, offers solutions, allows me to absorb those ideas and counter with my own negotiations. Dan Ngo makes an effort to negotiate where he can after I make requests, and then uses the numbers and logic to help me come to my own conclusion as to whether the deal will work out or not. In other words, he treats me like I know what I'm talking about, explains things to me where I don't, and never takes me out of the negotiation process until there's no longer any room to negotiate. Thus, I'm confident that I've gotten the best deal that I can, that I'm not overextending myself too much, and that I've been treated well. And I've been happy to close the sale with him both times. I'd recommend him to anybody, and I will if I get the chance. I actually already recommended my brother to him last summer, who came down from Las Vegas and purchased an accord off your lot. My brother ended up being attended by another person, but Dan Ngo is who I had originally recommended. More

It was a great experience and the sale associates were very helpfully and knowledgeable about all the cars we looked at. We test drove all the vehicles we were interested in without any problems and they very helpfully and knowledgeable about all the cars we looked at. We test drove all the vehicles we were interested in without any problems and they explained the differences between the different models and options per car. They also sat us down after looking at the cars and showed us the different pricing. More
The dealership met the quote given over the internet without any attempt to change the numbers. Negotiations were done very quickly and the whole buying experience from arriving at the dealership to dr without any attempt to change the numbers. Negotiations were done very quickly and the whole buying experience from arriving at the dealership to driving out in the car was a total of two hours. That is the way auto purchasing should be. Overall I am very satisfied with the dealership and its' people. More

I had a great experience with Superstition Honda! Bought a CRV for a great price. Staff was friendly, professional, and had a no BS attitude. The negotiation experience was not traumatic(as I have experienc a CRV for a great price. Staff was friendly, professional, and had a no BS attitude. The negotiation experience was not traumatic(as I have experienced with other dealers - a.k.a. Showcase Honda), but instead more like a business transaction with mutual respect and a win-win attitude. I emailed JP, he was great. I then sat with Kenny, and finally worked on financing with Pat. All of them were a pleasure to deal with. I also got a great deal on an extended warranty. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to be treated right when buying a used vehicle! More
We love this dealership! Honda of Superstition Springs is DEFINITELY NOT a high-pressure dealership and our buying experience was absolutely wonderful. We were treated like family and received outstanding cu DEFINITELY NOT a high-pressure dealership and our buying experience was absolutely wonderful. We were treated like family and received outstanding customer service, respect, and attention from the staff. We are new to the Honda family and appreciated JP's awesome knowledge of the various models we looked at. He responded to all our questions and allowed us to spend time alone (without hovering) in order to make our buying decision. Kiko, our finance manager, even found us a lower interest rate which we appreciated tremendously. We are in love with our new Accord Crosstour and will be servicing the car here and buying from this dealership again in the future. We can, without any reservations, recommend Honda of Superstion Springs to anyone interested in a no-hassle, no-pressure dcar buying experience. In this day and age, it is nice dealing with professionals who practice the Golden Rule! More
