Expect great service and a great deal and you should be able to get it if you're determined. These guys know all the tricks in the book, but they also know the best trick in the book is satisfying customer able to get it if you're determined. These guys know all the tricks in the book, but they also know the best trick in the book is satisfying customers so they come back for more. I got almost 30% off a nice used vehicle and they were nice enough to do a little fixing up on it beyond their normal procedure right afterwards without delay(the independent mechanics I asked said it was in great condition, minus what they wound up helping me on). The only thing we were frustrated with was the fact that Honda Corp. changed their pricing from the time we started looking until the time we actually purchased so we spent a little more money than we wante Honda Corp. changed their pricing from the time we started looking until the time we actually purchased so we spent a little more money than we wanted to but the sales staff and the car has made up for it. Our saleman James Haas and his manager Dan Ngo gave us some added benefits to help make up for it. We had to get the car from another dealership because they didn't have the color of Insight we wanted. That car did not have the splash guards on it so James came to my work and picked up the car to have them put on. When he came to pick up the keys, I gave a plug to the dealership as to how awesome they were. I thought that was excellent customer service. This was the third time we have purchased a new car from a dealership and it was far and beyond the best experience we have ever had. I look forward to dealing with Superstition Springs Honda for our service needs with how wonderful the sales staff were. The car is absolutely amazing and we couldn't be happier with it. We are having a blast driving it and getting great gas mileage! The kids love the ipod connection and sound system. It is wonderful having a new car! Thanks guys at Superstition Springs Honda! More
Tim was great and very patience. I started out in a whole other direction and ended up with the CR-Z which I just love. I've purchased many other cars and have always hated the ordeal of trying to get the c other direction and ended up with the CR-Z which I just love. I've purchased many other cars and have always hated the ordeal of trying to get the car at the price I could afford and having to speak to 3, 4 or 5 different people before making the purchase. Tim worked with me alone; he handled almost all parts of the transaction and was very knowledgeable about his products. I ended up being at the dealership for almost 5 hours (mostly because I couldn't make a decision) and I would highly recommend anyone I know to visit your dealership and to ask for Tim. More
Had an issue with a vehicle we bought from Honda of Superstition springs, cantacted Kenny Gess several times, he failed to follow up on the issue and failed to try and resolve the issue. I called Kenny Superstition springs, cantacted Kenny Gess several times, he failed to follow up on the issue and failed to try and resolve the issue. I called Kenny Gess and asked if his manager was able to resolve the issue and Kenny responded rudely and hung up on me before I could say another word. Total lack of customer service and just down right disrespectful. Called GM of dealership and left several messages, he also failed to return my calls or try to resolve the issue, once these people get your money you turn into a nobody. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! More

The dealership is family owned, so the atmosphere is very friendly. The entire experience is hassle free. Everyone is willing to help, nice, and decent. No one pushes you into any offer. Dan Ngo is my hero. He has helped me on two occasions now to sort out my thoughts as well as accomplish what I considered to be the impossible. One year ago, I was in a lease of a Honda Pilot that was just t to sort out my thoughts as well as accomplish what I considered to be the impossible. One year ago, I was in a lease of a Honda Pilot that was just too expensive after I started law school and experienced a drastic cutback in my budget. I couldn't find a way to sell it because people weren't interested in a lease, gas prices were high, and the economy was tanking. Dan sat down with me in front of a computer, treated me like an intelligent being, ran me through the numbers, and helped me to logically find the right car at the right price; a Honda Civic lease in exchange for my Pilot. It saved me money, got me into a car I could better afford, and that I have loved since. My wife just got her first job since becoming a Permanent Resident two months ago, and we soon realized that we would need a second car; however, she has no credit history. We decided to buy an old, used car as cheap as we could to achieve as low of a payment as possible while I am still in law school. We visited Honda of Superstition many times and worked with many sales people, Blane, Dan (the one that used to sell Volkswagens), and another really nice LDS guy. Blane was awesome, friendly, and followed up without being overly bearing. He let us do our own thing, listened, and was never pushy. Dan was also super nice up front. He does an excellent job of explaining how financing works at a very basic level, and can actually use that technique to help build some consumer confidence; however, after he could see that we weren't sold on any of the cars or ideas to lease (which we later ended up doing), he became very pushy, which was an immediate turn-off. He then busted out the "let's be honest with each other" and "what's the real reason your not interested" lines on us, which helped us to decide that we weren't going to purchase anything that day, and certainly not from him. I used to be a salesman, and I've learned a thing or two about contracts and negotiations in law school, and if there's one thing I hate, it's the "let's be honest with each other" bit. I understand that when people aren't giving you buying signals, that as a sales person your job is to find out the buyers real concerns and then overcome them, but sometimes, you just gotta back off and give some people their space to think and work it out for themselves. He did not do that, and it turned out being a bitter experience that made us not want to come back. If he'd have just done is opening bit, which was very good, and then listen to us and show us the used car we wanted to see, we would have probably come to the conclusion that he hoped for on our own. Anyway, we looked around elsewhere and found that we could get what we wanted, but that it would take another 3 to 4 months. That's when I decided to sit down with Dan Ngo again and see if he could help make sense of our situation. After 5 minutes with Dan Ngo, I knew we would be able to negotiate a deal. That's one of the things I appreciate about Dan Ngo, he listens to the situation, offers solutions, allows me to absorb those ideas and counter with my own negotiations. Dan Ngo makes an effort to negotiate where he can after I make requests, and then uses the numbers and logic to help me come to my own conclusion as to whether the deal will work out or not. In other words, he treats me like I know what I'm talking about, explains things to me where I don't, and never takes me out of the negotiation process until there's no longer any room to negotiate. Thus, I'm confident that I've gotten the best deal that I can, that I'm not overextending myself too much, and that I've been treated well. And I've been happy to close the sale with him both times. I'd recommend him to anybody, and I will if I get the chance. I actually already recommended my brother to him last summer, who came down from Las Vegas and purchased an accord off your lot. My brother ended up being attended by another person, but Dan Ngo is who I had originally recommended. More
