I was interested in a Honda Pilot, so on 7/21/11 I visited the web site of Superstition Springs Honda and saw many Pilot's and picked out one with a Nav package. I requested a quote and Dan Ogn respo visited the web site of Superstition Springs Honda and saw many Pilot's and picked out one with a Nav package. I requested a quote and Dan Ogn responded with a quote of 33,417. I was not sure I wanted this particular car. I had previosly met an Internet Manager from SSHonda at a service station and he gave me his card. My wife and I went to Visit SSHonda at about noon and ask for the guy on the card. They said he had left the company and got me another Internet Manager (James Haas). He seemed friendly and with apperantly no knowledge that I had received a quote on his internet. (First mistake by me) I then let him show me a Honda Pilot. He then showed me an Oddesy. We drove both but liked the feel of the Pilot. I then told him I had looked on line at a Black Pilot with NAV. The one we had just driven was a Dark Grey with no options. He talked me out of the NAV system and pointed me back at the No option model. I assumed the price would also be lower for this model. He then started telling me about all of the additions and costs associated with them. He then asked for the keys to my 2000 Ford Windstar to evaluate for trade in. Up to this point he never mentioned the Cash sale price of the new Pilot. He then ran a credit check on me. after about 4 hours he asked if we were interested in the car and we said yes. He then took us to Mehdi Solymanpour to go over all the costs and bottem line. We initialed and signed everything he presented. Still no mention of Cash sale price. We were so beat at this time when he asked for 3,000 down and gave us our trade in amount. He then calculated the payments still no cash sale price. At this time I needed time to go over all of this but thought I could go home exercise the buyers remorse law the next day after I reviewed everything. We sighed and drove the car home. The next morning I went over the paperwork and descovered that the Cash sale price section on the form was blank and we did not sign that block at all. After running all the numbers I was so unhappy with the whole Process. I tried to call James Haas and was told he was out of the office for the day. I tried to call Mehdi Solymanpour and he was out of the office for the day. I then took all my papers and went to SSHonda. I met with Dan Ogn and he told me the deal was made and their was no remorse law. He realized that I felt like I had been xxxxx in this deal and was very unhappy. He offered me a few concessions to appease me but I was unhappy and asked to talk to the General Manager Chris Zamora. He didn't believe I was not told the cash sale price of the car and said I made the deal and I asked him to cancell the contract, He said no but agreed to give me a few accesories for the car. At this time I took the accesories which ammounted to about $500.00. The cash sale price of the car I estimated from the paper was about $36,000. This same vehicle was being quoted on the internet for $28,320 The sticker price on the car was $34,775. I have never been treated so bad. I have considered getting a lawyer and contacting 3 on your side but am still hoping that we can come to some sort of settlement on this mess. I would not feel safe having my car serviced at SSHonda after all this. More
After being ignored, in person, by numerous Scottsdale area Honda dealers I researched Superstition Springs and found the car I was looking for for my 19 year old daughter. I sent an inquiry via email to area Honda dealers I researched Superstition Springs and found the car I was looking for for my 19 year old daughter. I sent an inquiry via email to Dan Ngo who promptly responded with an offer I couldn't refuse. I called the dealer and was put in touch with a young, outstanding, professional and most importantly knowledgeable and KIND sales person James Haas. He assured me the car was on the lot and that he would be there to assist with anything I needed. I drove to Superstition Springs and as promised the vehicle was there and the price given via email was honored. Upon my test drive and approval that the car was indeed the one I wanted I was directed to finish the process with the financial department and a gentleman named Mehdi Soleymanpour. He was witty, professional, precise and made the payment process effortless. I am VERY happy to report the 2011 CRV LX is in the garage and I can confidently send my daughter off to college feeling she is in the safest and most fuel efficient car around. There are truly not enough words to express how much I appreciate James, Mehdi and Dan. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and these three men. MANY MANY THANKS!!! More
I felt that I did not a fair price for my trade, otherwise everything else went very well. I would definetly purchase another car from this dealership. otherwise everything else went very well. I would definetly purchase another car from this dealership. More

Well..this business & customer's relation is totally based on a trust not on what kind of car you are getting... We know Honda makes a good car but from where you gonna buy it ... that's more challenging & difficult.... but in my case .... it was totally simple ..CALL DAN & schedule a appointment or make a deal over the phone ... because whatever he promise, he delivers it .. Amazing. Thanks Dan & your team-mates esp Koushy for making the buying experience so smooth. More
I originally dealt with a Honda dealership in Tucson. Told sales person what I wanted and to let me know if he found it. Never heard a peep from him, so I went looking on my own. Receive several replies Told sales person what I wanted and to let me know if he found it. Never heard a peep from him, so I went looking on my own. Receive several replies from Kenny Gess. Drove to Mesa from Tucson and was very please with the interaction I had with Alan Franck in Finance and Dan Ng and Aaron Hammer. Obviously we made a deal on the Accord of my choice. The lack of customer service at the Honda dealership in Tucson proved to be of benefit to Superstition Springs Honda. Yes, I would recommend Superstition Springs Honda to anyone. Suzanne Tate More

A friend recommended I visit the Superstition Springs Honda because her friend Mike worked there and they would help me out. As a first time buyer I had many questions, and wanted to look at several cars Honda because her friend Mike worked there and they would help me out. As a first time buyer I had many questions, and wanted to look at several cars. When I called to check if one of the cars online was still at the store Mike Pitts was very helpful. He checked out which of the used cars I was thinking about were available and called me back with some information within a couple of minutes. When I arrived, Koushi helped show me the used cars on the lot that I was interested in, and was very patient as I looked at them. He took me for the test drives and was very friendly, never pushy. Mike Dufour came out to meet me and was very friendly and helpful with the financing process. Both he and Koushi took the time to explain questions I had, and they really worked to get me the best deal for me. I had come in with a pre-approved loan from my bank. After looking at the numbers, Mike saw that I could get a better deal financing with you and especially a good deal with buying a new car. I had no idea Honda worked with recent college graduates to help get good financing rates, and he was able to get me a great 1.9% rate and keep the monthly costs within my budget. After working with Mike and Koushi, I met Alan who helped me go through the final signing of contracts and other paperwork. I didn't understand certain things and he explained everything in terms I could understand and offered me several options. It was a big deal to be purchasing a new car and he made it much easier to finish the process. Everyone was friendly, and helpful... they made me feel like they were trying to help ME and not just get another sale. I went in very nervous and left very happy with my new car. I also appreciated the follow up phone call and email from Koushi. All in all, it was a great experience and I would be happy to refer people to your dealership. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry, I sincerely appreciate when I receive great service. I had a very positive experience... thank you!! More
James' attitude both in person and on the phone was very low key and I did not feel pressured. I felt so comfortable with him that I drove miles out of my way to meet with him the first time. I have had som low key and I did not feel pressured. I felt so comfortable with him that I drove miles out of my way to meet with him the first time. I have had some bad experiences with dealerships - mostly with Toyota. I think older women have a stored memory of what it was like years ago when salesmen would assume a woman couldn't possibly buy a car without a man present. I felt non of that at this Honda dealership. Everyone was friendly and there was no pressure to buy. I don't know if I got a good deal or not - it is one I can live with. I do feel like I can go back to the dealership and be treated with respect. It will be interesting to see if the experience with the service department is different from what I experienced on the show room floor. If I do have a problem, I feel James would be my first contact at the dealership. I trust him to do the right thing for me. More
Before we made the trip to your dealership, we had been in contact with Aaron via email. He provided my wife and I with all the information we requested as far as price and trade in value of our car. The w in contact with Aaron via email. He provided my wife and I with all the information we requested as far as price and trade in value of our car. The worst part in car buying is sitting at the dealership for hours haggling over price. Dealing with Aaron and Dan was a very pleasant experience. We were a little undecided on exactly what type of car we were looking for, but with there patience, we got a great car at a great price. As long as we live in Ariz. I will return to your Honda dealership thanks to Dan and Aaron. Since our home is 150 miles roundtrip from Mesa, we had other Honda dealerships closer, but chose yours. More
