Having decided to trade my wifes 2004 Hyundai Elantra for a newer vehicle, we opted to spend an evening test driving several small hatchbacks, including the Ford Fiesta, Mazda 2, Nissan Versa and the Honda F a newer vehicle, we opted to spend an evening test driving several small hatchbacks, including the Ford Fiesta, Mazda 2, Nissan Versa and the Honda Fit. Being closest to home, we started at Superstition Honda, which was also recommended by Costco, with whom I had inquired under their Vehicle Purchase program. We didn't actually make it to Ford, Mazda or Nissan after my wife fell in love with the Fit. This wasn't planned by any means, but we happened to arrive the day that the 2013 Honda Fits were first delivered to the dealer. So David was kind enough to show us one that was still covered in its protective wrapping in the Midnight Plum color. At that point my wife & I were both sold on that as the vehicle we wanted. Even tho they still had plenty of 2012's on the Lot, David was happy to sell us the 2013 model. Being that we had used the Costco Purchase program, there was no haggling on price - the price was already fantastic. David also offered us a very competitive trade in value, not much lower than we had considered selling for privately for our Hyundai, so we opted to trade it for the Honda. We signed all of the paperwork on the Friday evening and were also pleasantly surprised that Costco had negotiated pricing on the Extended Service plan, which we also opted to purchase. As it was by now almost 10pm on a Friday evening after we signed the papers, we had to return the next morning to pick up the car - as it was still covered in the protective shipping film from dealer delivery. The next morning we dropped off the Hyundai and after a bit of a delay we drove home our 2013 Honda Fit Sport, which my wife & I both enjoy driving a lot. After 4 months and almost 3,000 miles - we have yet needed to return for service, but when that time comes - we will certainly be testing Honda of Superstition Springs service department and hope to receive the same great service we did from David. More

October 27, 2012 I went to the Honda of Superstition Springs. I had a coupon for Showcase Honda for an oil change. On Honda of Superstition Springs webpage it advertises that they will accept all loca Springs. I had a coupon for Showcase Honda for an oil change. On Honda of Superstition Springs webpage it advertises that they will accept all local Honda Coupons. I printed off the below coupon. The service advisor wasn’t sure they would accept. She spoke with the manager (Greg Adams) and he stated no. I then asked to speak with him. Mr. Adams was cold and not accommodating by the least bit. He stated that the coupon stated only valid at Showcase Honda. I said but your website states you will match all coupons. He said we will not accept this one. I then asked so your website is misleading and he simply nodded his head. I then told him I would not ever bring my car here again. Mr. Adams stated nothing. I have owned my Honda Civic for 4 years and have never received such maltreatment at a Honda Dealership! I feel that Mr. Adams should have offered something in order to keep my Honda busines More
I have used this dealership several times yet usually nervous as I feel I will be taken advantage of , being a woman. My most recent visit I was greeted by a lovely woman, Yvette. She was so friendly and nervous as I feel I will be taken advantage of , being a woman. My most recent visit I was greeted by a lovely woman, Yvette. She was so friendly and cheerful her laughter was contagious and put me at ease. Usually when I check in I am bombarded with "your car needs this & have you done this" on this visit I asked for an oil change, I was not pressured to do all kinds of stuff. When my car was being washed Yvette came to me and went over some noted items that needed my attention, some very soon, others could wait. I trusted what she was saying as there was no pressure. Asked her if everything could be done that day, she said yes but that I really could wait on some of the items. I agreed to have only the items she recommended at that time done, she offered me shuttle service and was just so nice. It is refreshing to find a woman who is knowledgable in the auto service area . Her honest, warm friendly attitude is a true asset. When it is time for future service I will be at honda superstition asking for Yvette. More
I was recently able to purchase a new 2012 Honda civic, the sales team was wonderful throughout the whole process. I purchased a vehicle through them in Dec 2011 and due to a misfortunate accident that the sales team was wonderful throughout the whole process. I purchased a vehicle through them in Dec 2011 and due to a misfortunate accident that totalled my honda, I was left without a vehicle. I was unsure of my options but made the mistake of visiting two other dealerships in the valley. Both dealerships made the car buying experience horrible!:-( I finally made the choice to contact and visit them. They restored my faith in car buying. The whole sales team worked really hard to give me an option that worked for me! Wonderful job Guys!:-) More
My 22 year-old daughter was shopping for her first new car on Labor Day 2012. She was pretty sure she wanted a Honda, but not certain which model. Salesman, Brooke Hopkins, was patient and friendly while we took 3 different models on test drives. She decided on a fully-loaded Civic and Brooke got us an excellent price along with the 0.9% financing offer. All Honda employees treated us with respect and courtesy. The experience was very pleasant. Brooke took his time and thoroughly demonstrated the vehicle features before we drove off in her beautiful new Honda Civic. Great dealer with terrific staff! More

From the Honda dealer, purchases include: 2 Toyotas, 1 Hyundai, and now a Honda CRV. It was funny how I ended up at a Honda dealer to purchase a Toyota the first time. I went to the dealer where I bought my Toyota Rav4 and wanted to trade the RAV4 for a Toyota Highlander. The dealer would not take my car as a trade because the sticker on the engine was in the wrong place. So, I went to the grand opening of Superstition Springs Honda who had a Toyota Highlander in the color I wanted. I drove the Highlander, and then told Tim the salesperson I wanted to buy it. I was taken to see Chris Zamora to finalize my offer. Zamora was very professional, courteous, and made me a better deal than I ever expected! The car was great and I did not have any problems with it. Tough financial times hit in 2008. I could not afford the car payment any longer. I had to get a lower car payment. I went to other dealers who did not want to sell me a less expensive car. So I went back to Superstition Springs Honda. I had a positive experience with Chris Zamora when I bought my 1st car, so I asked to speak to him again. Zamora talked to me, and then helped find me another good used Toyota. It was a car within my budget, and it did not matter to him that I was shopping for a Toyota at the Honda dealership. I purchased the Toyota Matrix was able to get a smaller car payment. I drove the Matrix for over 40,000 miles, no problems, and really enjoyed the features of the car. I decided to trade the Toyota Matrix but due to changes in cars, I decided to buy a Honda CRV. Chris Zamora was glad to assist me again and helped me pick out a great used car that would meet my needs and budget. Zamora also helped pick out my son’s 1st car to commute to college. At Superstition Spring Honda, Zamora and his staff treat me and my son like family. They have assisted me in getting me in 4 cars over the years so I can have excellent dependable transportation which works within my budget. I am truly glad I found Superstition Springs Honda. More
I recently purchased a 2003 Civic from Honda of Superstition Springs. There was a sizable dent in the rear passenger door. He made sure the body work was flawless and called me himself when it was completed. We were both extremely pleased with the end result, and I will not hesitate to return to the dealership for any work that my Civic needs. More
