I'm just tired of having to explain, follow up and go out of my way to get repairs done, get warranty items repaired. We now are down to a 2011 Pilot and I'm getting rid of it. Got the wife an Infiniti Q50 and the dealership is great. Was considering trading the 2011 Pilot for a new one. When we bought the pilot new was told no one was going to make in dash GPS anymore. They sold me a third party GPS that is in part of the mirror. It's never worked right. Took it in several times the first week. It's never been fixed. We just stopped using it. On one car SS Honda sold me an extended tire warranty. Had a tire go bad and was told by service it was covered. After a phone call was told it was valid. Had to take another day from work off to go back. Was told 5 days ago the GM would call me to discuss a trade. No one ever called me...this was in response to my e-mail to them about my issues. Basically they just ignore you. Spend your money some where else. Service and honesty went downhill at this place. Was going to contact Honda USA but decided why waste the effort. More

I was shown various cars that I could buy but then I couldn't. There was a car with extras I did not want but it was the color I wanted. They tried to charge me an extra $2000 and had me wait an hour for no reason. Then the car I wanted would be ready the next day....with an extra charge for window tinting. Nickel and diming me and wasting my time playing mind games? No thank you! More
better than typical experience at this dealership I was looking for used minivan with low mileage for about a year. One day while browsing the web and I located Honda Odyssey at Super S Honda. Thi I was looking for used minivan with low mileage for about a year. One day while browsing the web and I located Honda Odyssey at Super S Honda. This care was certified per-owned with under 20K miles (exactly what I was looking for). First I inquired about this vehicle thru their website and I test drove the car next day. The salesman was very laid back and he did not push me to purchase this vehicle same day. I finally picked up this vehicle couple weeks later and got an excellent deal. The finance manager was very through and helpful though out the loan process. He returns the call in timely manner even after closing the deal almost three weeks ago. More
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Do NOT buy a car from here - go to another Honda dealer first if at all possible. We went to this dealer on March 29, 2014 and when we first got Do NOT buy a car from here - go to another Honda dealer first if at all possible. We went to this dealer on March 29, 2014 and when we first got there everything was great - the sales people were nice and we didn't feel pressured to buy a car. Efran was assigned to us as our sales person and he took the time to show us all the cars and answered all of our questions. We walked back inside and passed a Honda Civic EX-L... exactly what we wanted. It had the leather, the navigation... the works! It was beautiful! Efran moved it out so that we could test drive it. The ONLY thing we didn't like about this particular car was it's color - it was Kona Coffee color. The inventory manager came out and asked us what color we did want and we wanted black with black interior, just like the one we were in only black. We went on a test drive and when we came back they told us they found the one we wanted in Peoria, AZ from Arrowhead Honda. They could get it into us by Tuesday. We went inside and agreed on a deal... we went into the finance guy and signed the paperwork for the car that we were going to get... or at least that is what we thought. they said that was the paperwork for the ACTUAL car we were getting and we needed to fill it out now so that they could get the transfer of ownership started and when it came in all we had to do was come in and get the keys. On Monday morning we received a call that our car at Arrowhead Honda was broken into and that there was no other one available except for different color options, which we did not want. So, we were told we had to wait for another one to be specially made. A month went by and we were getting very frustrated - no one called to give us updates. My husband had to call or go there to get any kind of answers. We searched online to see if there was one available at another dealer out of curiosity and we found TWO at Arrowhead Honda. My husband called up there and they said that since that model is so rare that they do not share them. Huh?! But they were before, why not now? My husband called SS Honda and they said they couldn't do anything. Our next step was to call Honda Corporate - they said they would look into it and get back to us in a few days. While my husband was on the phone with them he had the paperwork and realized that we signed for the Kona Coffee color one!! They gave us phony paperwork... which made us realize there was NEVER another car at Arrowhead Honda. Long story short... sort of... Honda didn't do anything for us nor did SS Honda. When we went to sign for the new car the finance guy told us that it is common practice to just have "placeholder" paperwork until they get the actual car. Why on earth would they do that?! What a waste of time! Even while we were doing the paperwork for the wrong car we were told it was for the car we were getting. The whole thing just didn't make sense. This place will do anything to sell you a car... whether they have it or not. They take your trade in so you can't do anything about it later and you're stuck. We do have a beautiful car now but we had to go through absolute chaos to get it. We were lied to and betrayed... we will do everything to stop business from going to this dealer. We waited over a month and finally got it on May 4 - and all the paperwork we signed said May 1, so when did they really get it?!? Please do not go here, you'll save yourself a lot of time and headaches. More

Honda of Superstition Springs is the BEST experience I've had with a car dealership for the past five new cars. Friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth employees made it a very pleasant experience to I've had with a car dealership for the past five new cars. Friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth employees made it a very pleasant experience to say the least. The sales and finance departments are NOT pushy, like I've experienced in the past. I know what I want and DON'T WANT so I hate when someone tries to talk me into something I don't want. Before I drove off in my new Honda CRV-EXL, Jimmy Sears showed me everything about my new vehicle - even what side of my car the gas tank is located and all the operating tools. (I had a bad experience once when I was driving home in a new car, people were flashing me and I had no idea how to turn off my bright lights.) There's no question in my mind...when I'm ready for another new car - I'll be heading back to Honda of Superstition Springs! More
I have taken my Honda Pilot in to this dealership for routine oil changes and repairs from usual wear and tear since the time of purchase. Friends and family have recommended local shops and garages to routine oil changes and repairs from usual wear and tear since the time of purchase. Friends and family have recommended local shops and garages to me, but I have consistently had prompt, courteous service from the Service Team at this Dealership and I am not willing to give that up. Ask for Peter and you will consistently find a bright, honest, professional interaction with someone you can trust with any question or need you have with your car. More
Purchased a used vehicle from them. There are repairs that were part of the sale that have not been completed. These people will take your money and run! After I signed the paperwork they don't return e that were part of the sale that have not been completed. These people will take your money and run! After I signed the paperwork they don't return emails and are MIA. I'm filling complaints with local agencies since they did not fulfill their end of the purchase contract. These people are shady and I definitely do not recommend them. I really wish I had googled reviews for them PRIOR to buying because their reviews point all this out. More
I purchased my first Honda (Pilot) about 7 years ago. At that time I did a lot of research prior to my purchase. I was ready to trade my car in and knew I wanted another Honda and decided to downsize to th that time I did a lot of research prior to my purchase. I was ready to trade my car in and knew I wanted another Honda and decided to downsize to the sporty CRV EX-L. I did much of my research online and received multiple emails from other dealers to try different Honda vehicles. Kenny's email was friendly, professional and accommodating. My biggest apprehension to purchasing new was financing as I'd not carried a loan on a vehicle for close to 20 years. Upon arrival to the dealership I was greeted by an employee and I told him Kenny had emailed me and that I would be in the area where the CRV's were scouting out the cars. I walked around each model until I found the one I wanted to drive and Kenny introduced himself got the keys. What impressed me about Kenny is that he was not the pushy salesman that I had experienced at other dealerships or during former purchases. As I asked questions, he answered them and showed me some cool features of the car I did not know about. After the drive, I told him I needed the tallest guy in the dealership to sit in the car as I have multiple family members over 6' who would be riding. He got one of the Sales Managers who accommodated my request by sitting in the driver seat while I sat in back to feel how comfortable the ride would be with a taller driver. Then he sat in back so I could see he had ample leg and head room and again would have a comfortable ride. I knew I wanted that car. We went inside to discuss numbers. Kenny already knew from my emails my apprehension to having a car payment. His first set of numbers I was not very comfortable with. No pressure tactics, just straight talk and he was able to work the deal so that I was comfortable with the terms of finance and it was a win win deal. I was in and out of the dealership within about 2 hours total. I told Kenny that in my 25 years of driving I had purchased more than one car from a dealership before and I appreciated his demeanor and how easy he made the purchase for me. I have visited / done business with 4 of the Honda Dealerships in the Valley and Superstition is now my location of choice. I am very happy with my new car and appreciative of the time Kenny took to make the deal work. More
