Honda of Superstition Springs is the BEST experience I've had with a car dealership for the past five new cars. Friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth employees made it a very pleasant experience to I've had with a car dealership for the past five new cars. Friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth employees made it a very pleasant experience to say the least. The sales and finance departments are NOT pushy, like I've experienced in the past. I know what I want and DON'T WANT so I hate when someone tries to talk me into something I don't want. Before I drove off in my new Honda CRV-EXL, Jimmy Sears showed me everything about my new vehicle - even what side of my car the gas tank is located and all the operating tools. (I had a bad experience once when I was driving home in a new car, people were flashing me and I had no idea how to turn off my bright lights.) There's no question in my mind...when I'm ready for another new car - I'll be heading back to Honda of Superstition Springs! More
I have taken my Honda Pilot in to this dealership for routine oil changes and repairs from usual wear and tear since the time of purchase. Friends and family have recommended local shops and garages to routine oil changes and repairs from usual wear and tear since the time of purchase. Friends and family have recommended local shops and garages to me, but I have consistently had prompt, courteous service from the Service Team at this Dealership and I am not willing to give that up. Ask for Peter and you will consistently find a bright, honest, professional interaction with someone you can trust with any question or need you have with your car. More
Purchased a used vehicle from them. There are repairs that were part of the sale that have not been completed. These people will take your money and run! After I signed the paperwork they don't return e that were part of the sale that have not been completed. These people will take your money and run! After I signed the paperwork they don't return emails and are MIA. I'm filling complaints with local agencies since they did not fulfill their end of the purchase contract. These people are shady and I definitely do not recommend them. I really wish I had googled reviews for them PRIOR to buying because their reviews point all this out. More
I purchased my first Honda (Pilot) about 7 years ago. At that time I did a lot of research prior to my purchase. I was ready to trade my car in and knew I wanted another Honda and decided to downsize to th that time I did a lot of research prior to my purchase. I was ready to trade my car in and knew I wanted another Honda and decided to downsize to the sporty CRV EX-L. I did much of my research online and received multiple emails from other dealers to try different Honda vehicles. Kenny's email was friendly, professional and accommodating. My biggest apprehension to purchasing new was financing as I'd not carried a loan on a vehicle for close to 20 years. Upon arrival to the dealership I was greeted by an employee and I told him Kenny had emailed me and that I would be in the area where the CRV's were scouting out the cars. I walked around each model until I found the one I wanted to drive and Kenny introduced himself got the keys. What impressed me about Kenny is that he was not the pushy salesman that I had experienced at other dealerships or during former purchases. As I asked questions, he answered them and showed me some cool features of the car I did not know about. After the drive, I told him I needed the tallest guy in the dealership to sit in the car as I have multiple family members over 6' who would be riding. He got one of the Sales Managers who accommodated my request by sitting in the driver seat while I sat in back to feel how comfortable the ride would be with a taller driver. Then he sat in back so I could see he had ample leg and head room and again would have a comfortable ride. I knew I wanted that car. We went inside to discuss numbers. Kenny already knew from my emails my apprehension to having a car payment. His first set of numbers I was not very comfortable with. No pressure tactics, just straight talk and he was able to work the deal so that I was comfortable with the terms of finance and it was a win win deal. I was in and out of the dealership within about 2 hours total. I told Kenny that in my 25 years of driving I had purchased more than one car from a dealership before and I appreciated his demeanor and how easy he made the purchase for me. I have visited / done business with 4 of the Honda Dealerships in the Valley and Superstition is now my location of choice. I am very happy with my new car and appreciative of the time Kenny took to make the deal work. More
Avoid Service Department. Nothing short of fraudulent. There was a recall notice on my 2007 accord to replace the power steering hose. I took the car in and the work was done. I have documents stating the There was a recall notice on my 2007 accord to replace the power steering hose. I took the car in and the work was done. I have documents stating the recall work was complete. They also told me my rear brakes were almost gone. I measured the brakes when I got home and still had 5mm left on each pad. Today when I was having my timing belt replaced at another honda dealership, they popped the hood and noticed the power steering hose. They told me there was a recall and I should get this done while I was there. i explained that I had it done. He showed me the parts and explained that they replaced the hose with another of the recalled design. WOW!!! If you are worried about scammers and are not very knowledgable about cars, avoid this place. They ARE out to scam you. More
The most pleasurable buying experience we have ever experienced thanks to you, Paul and the rest of the staff. Unbelieveable! We could not believe how easy the whole process was and the super low int experienced thanks to you, Paul and the rest of the staff. Unbelieveable! We could not believe how easy the whole process was and the super low interest we received. Paul is a SUPER sales person and deserves recognition. He was able to answer every question we had for him and he did not exhibit any high pressure tactics. Everything was above board and straigh-forward. We both thank you and your staff John. We will make recommendations to our friends because of our experience today. Jim and Julie Hathaway More
This past Saturday, April 6, 2013, I took my 2007 Honda Odyssey in for Service. I needed new front brake pads and upon inspection they found my timing belt needed replacement. In first making the appointm Odyssey in for Service. I needed new front brake pads and upon inspection they found my timing belt needed replacement. In first making the appointment a few days prior I was directed to ‘Yvette’ in the Service department. We was wonderfully helpful and personal. Upon bringing the vehicle in she greeted me very quickly, called me later for verification, reviewed my bill and was able to leverage me a few discounts on the service charges, and kind enough to kibitz and joke with me (she is a very nice person) while waiting for my vehicle to be washed – another nice little perk. Overall a 10 out of 10 customer service experience!… JGH More
I give a positive + rating for SS Honda based on many years of dealing with them and my recent new car purchase yesterday. I purchased my 3rd vehicle from them (2013 CRV) and the experience was great. M years of dealing with them and my recent new car purchase yesterday. I purchased my 3rd vehicle from them (2013 CRV) and the experience was great. Mindy Shawd was our sales person and she did a great job, especially explaining everything there was to know about the 2013 CRV. I've owned Pilots, Fits and Accords. ZOn this deal I received a good price for my trade in and a good price on the new CRV. My daughter joined us and then showed Alonso Molina the ding in her mirror, he took her 2012 Fit to the service department and made it look almost new for no charge and told her to bring it back in a week for a touch up. My girls all know to see Alonso for their service needs. I own 4 Hondas, they are all serviced at SS Honda and their attention to detail is outstanding. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Rob the GM, we usually butt-heads (we're both type A personalities) but he has always been considerate, honest and fair. I highly recommend Superstition Springs Honda. More
I wrote a 5 star review 2/2012 and have always gone back to Superstition Honda but after today, NEVER AGAIN. As I was not able to make a decision today based on the trade in value today of my daughters used to Superstition Honda but after today, NEVER AGAIN. As I was not able to make a decision today based on the trade in value today of my daughters used car and the payments for a longer period than anticipated I told the finance manger I would like to get back with him and he had the nerve to pretty much throw papers at me and tell me "Thanks for wasting my time!" as he huffed off. UNPROFESSIONAL and arrogant! High pressure and, I will not recommend this dealership any longer. After purchasing 6 vehicles, I feel they have lost their customer service and although they may have earned by business in the past, they have changed their business ethics, so buyer, BEWARE! More
I had a 2011 Chevy Camaro that I wanted to trade in because it was time to get something a little more practical. I went to Power Chevrolet because that is where I bought the Camaro. I wanted an Equino because it was time to get something a little more practical. I went to Power Chevrolet because that is where I bought the Camaro. I wanted an Equinox because I have had on in the past and loved it. I am from Michigan and come from a family of retired GM employees and I have always bought GM products. When I talked to the dealer they were very unhelpful and would not give me nearly what my Camaro was worth. They wanted to give me $4000 less than what the KBB trade in value was even though it was in immaculate condition. When it came down to the Equinox they would only come down $1000 from the sticker price and that is with My GM family discount. Needless to say I left without a new vehicle. Back in Dec my girlfriend leased a new Civic from Superstition Honda and we had a great experience so I decided to go look at the new CR-V. We went and talked to the same salesman that we used for the Civic because we had such a good experience with him last time. (Kenny). He was very helpful and did not pressure us at all. They gave much more for my Camaro than Chevy offered and gave us a great deal on the CR-V. When it came time to deal with the finances we sat down with Andy. He explained everything to us very clearly and even gave us some helpful financial advice for the future. Overall we had a fantastic experience and we will defiantly be going back to Superstition Honda for our future vehicles and when you go I highly recommend that you ask for Kenny and Andy. More
