So I came back a f I brought my 02 Civic in because my SRS light came on. I was told that it was just a rear seatbelt that was covered under warranty. So I came back a few days later when the part arrived and they installed it, turned off the SRS light and I was on my way. A week later the light came back on and I took it back and this time it was for my airbags that were under warranty. They replaced my airbag and told me they needed to do a $100+ diagnostics to find out why my SRS light was on. I refused to pay that and they said it was one of two things and each potential problem was a $1000+ fix. I understand this is a business, but it had been my 3rd time visiting this dealer for one problem, and I still didn't get an answer. It would be a shame if I had visited this dealership 3 times for a safety concern (SRS light) and somehow been involved in an accident where my airbag didn't work... To me this just says that they care more about money than customer safety and satisfaction. I did give them a low rating in a follow up email, and I received a phone call asking to trade my civic in for a new car? Yeah right. I love my civic but I will never ever do any business with them. They are too shady for my liking. On a side note, my coworker has had bad experiences with this same dealer. More
Had an issue and they took some extra time to resolve it. This is my first honda as I have always driven VW. You would figure that the level of attention to purchasing a $50,000 Honda Odyssey would be similar This is my first honda as I have always driven VW. You would figure that the level of attention to purchasing a $50,000 Honda Odyssey would be similar to that of a purchase at Lexus, BMW, Mercedes ect. No loaner program is a real burden. If you want someone to actually care about your car, get to know the people in the service department and pick a service person to use every time. This helps them get to know you and to know your vehicle. I have though found some really good people and can suggest then to you. James Macias is the Service Marketing Manager and I can tell you that he is top notch. As he is not the guy you will be dealing with directly, he gave me a service advisor named Tommy who was very thorough and kept me up to date on the repairs. I think that if you get the time to say hello, and take a minute that you too can create the relationship necessary to make you want to stay with a dealer. Would still like to see a loaner program. They had great customer service, at an unbeatable price. I would refer any one of my friends and family to this dealership. I can't say that about of a lot of dealerships. My sales person I had was Chris Johnson. He was great. He got us everything we were looking for, and kept us in the loop on everything. Thanks for the outstanding service Super S. I will continue to do business with you as long as you maintain this level of service. More
Overall a good car purchasing experience I purchased a new Honda Accord at this dealership. Before visiting the store, I have quoted online and got in touch with the sales representative Manu I purchased a new Honda Accord at this dealership. Before visiting the store, I have quoted online and got in touch with the sales representative Manuel. Through email communication, I was able to get a reasonable price (I know it is reasonable since I have done a lot of research and quoted a number of dealers in the valley). So I decided to visit the dealership when notified that the car that I want becomes available. Manuel was able to do the price as he promised in the quote and handled everything smoothly for me. I can feel that Manuel is a nice guy who don't try to sell you a car at a outrageous price. He also didn't try to lie to me to get me into the store and then gave a ridiculous number like some other dealers did. So overall it is a comfortable purchasing experience. I will recommend Manuel to other friends for purchasing a Honda. More
Oversold service work! I recently took my '08 Odyssey to this dealership. I realize that Honda Canada and Honda U.S. are not the same. But I expected the same type of Cust I recently took my '08 Odyssey to this dealership. I realize that Honda Canada and Honda U.S. are not the same. But I expected the same type of Customer Service from Superstition Springs Honda. I have dealt with this dealership with two different Odysseys for 10 years and had never run into this type of problem. I went to Honda to have my brakes checked before traveling home. The result was a fairly comprehensive "diagnostic" of the vehicle. I was informed that the rear brakes were at 20%, the front brakes were at 80% but should be replaced because they were after-market are were damaging the rotors, the serpentine timing belt should be replaced (there are no cracks in the belt and was recently replaced), the cabin filter was dirty (replaced three weeks ago) and the front lower control arm bushings should be done as they are getting close to the frame. I obviously went and got another opinion, had the rear brakes done and saved about $2200 US. Dollars. More
Trust starts empty & Still going 10/25/14 I bought a pilot! In the lot, sales says yes we come off sticker, in front of wife-he str8 up refuses to drop $ & fights me back. Then test d 10/25/14 I bought a pilot! In the lot, sales says yes we come off sticker, in front of wife-he str8 up refuses to drop $ & fights me back. Then test drv aftr 3 mgrs. intervene. Sales says hwy or city, I say hwy 2 warm oils. we go 2 60 & I get in middle lane, he yells 3x's no we got to get off at higley ex, that's 1mi. @end I check tranny fluid & no issues, pamphlet says they inspect & honest. I drive 2 work 25mi, & check tranny again-massive bubbles. I bring in nxt day, tell Srv clerk all issues surge,slips,5x's bubbles. He leaves off bubbles on repair order, like he didn't hear my loud voice mainly on the bubble issue, That I checked cold at test drv. I had to push repair order back at him b4 he changed it, he didn't reach for the paper, b4 I sign. Repairs done-not! Tech says 2 guys drove 5mi ea. What a cold tranny check? I demand Srv mgr, he says we changed fluid, & bubbles will go away. 1 week later under 200 miles, I bring back w/ 1.5in bubbles on tranny stick, driving it for under an hr, slipping & surging. They claim tranny works fine, no codes, then why change my fluid in 1st place w no warranty on car. Plus pamphlet says they inspect 1st, Oh really selling bad oils. Now I go 2 Larry Le finance guy, he says they wldnt look at ur pilot w/o it being covered on silver plan, that's what he told my wife during contract signing, that engine & tranny covered. But I read warranty she was sold & drivetrain (box) not even checked off, which wife says she asked him that, then I agreed b4 signing. You cant check boxes, he does it & flips pgs 4 U to sign, not able to read. Silver warranty only covers, hard metal suspension & a/c. Brake Parts that never break in short limited time of warranty. Larry or Srv writer I talk too within 24hrs, cld of told me your not under that Drivetrain warranty, but you have X amount of days too sign up for it, instead of lead me on past the deadline for signing up! Then I twitter the Honda @sjshineshaze, Jesus calls 22nd b4 xmas, like its gonna get fixd on xmas. I return call asap 12/29/14 then again 1/2/15, still no return call. He must be screening my phone. Look at Ripoffreport.com also. Horrible reviews on google plus. Im an auto tech grad, and my wife has a masters. She can read, I can test. Non of that was allowed. Rush, Confuse, Lie, Steal Your time. You will get a bunch of guys surrounding you, each situation another guy will answer, not just 1 guy with guidance. Smoke Cloud the bad obvious issues. Lying on sticker price, good oil, then the other guy changes it, only looks at wife during finance questions, while Im suppose too interrupt rudely too get my concerns answered. I been there over 5 times, cause if your car is broken but its your service writer guys day off, you will be sent home with no help. Truthless, Poor Relationships, and reviews say they kick you out if you address the truth, not bring you into office and keep you as a customer. You want tough times with wife, sales, service, lawyers, buy here. 1/6/15 More

Good customer service, good deals I recently purchased a used Honda ridgeline (2008 model). We are really enjoying driving the vehicle and it has performed beyond our expectations. completely incompetent Because I proximity I keep going to this horrific place...no more. I am always less than impressed and they always prove to be incompetent. I bought Because I proximity I keep going to this horrific place...no more. I am always less than impressed and they always prove to be incompetent. I bought an extended warranty there and a year later it still hasn't been put "in the system" but they certainly took my $2739 for it! In July they took 3 days to dig it out of a warehouse somewhere to find out that I did indeed purchase one. Here it is 3 months later and it's still not in the darned system. ALSO I found out that even if it was in the system I wouldn't be able to use it at other Honda dealerships. PLUS the "work" they did do didn't even fix the problems I was having. AND the "detail" that they did for me (for the low low price of $100, a discount because of all the trouble) was the worst detail I've ever had. Proximity or not I'm done giving this place another single second of my time and business. More
