He really knows his IT stuff plus demonstrated great people skills. He was so excited to teach. Having been a teacher for 35 years I found this exprience with Trent so meaningful and it speaks volumes for the dealership ! Good job Honda for providing this service and making a customer very happy. Sincerely, Jeanne Foss More

Salesman Brooks didn't order and he's left biz, sales manager Eddie tried to help, he doesn't work there now, Cameron, sales manager still works there, but won't return a call. Do not purchase from this dealership, especially if Cameron is involved. Poor management. Going to go visit daily and cause a big stink in front of potential clients until chair gets ordered. More
Thank you I was treated as an intelligent woman and what I had to say was treated with respect. No pressure, they respected my desire to walk away and think. I was treated as an intelligent woman and what I had to say was treated with respect. No pressure, they respected my desire to walk away and think. I got the best of deals. Luis, the sales person was professional and low keyed. I appreciated that! Waild, in finance worked with me to get the best deal I could live with. Trent, in technology, helped me so much with the Honda Link so I can use it easily. Leota Roesch More
Inconsiderate and Complete Lack of Common Courtesy I found the car on AutoTrader and called in to see if they still had it in stock. Rob was awesome over the phone and when we arrived to look at the ca I found the car on AutoTrader and called in to see if they still had it in stock. Rob was awesome over the phone and when we arrived to look at the car. Test drove it. Loved it. Wanted to buy it but it was a little higher than we were expecting to spend. We couldn't walk away with the car until we could look at some numbers so we left. The next morning I was planning on returning after work to purchase the car. Around 7:45 (am) I realized I did NOT have my license. I do not really have breaks at work until noon so I text my bf to have him call and see if it was still at the dealership on his 9:00 break. They were the last dealership after a full day of dealership "hopping" and test driving. Every other place returned my license before we even drove off the lot for the test drive. Turns out, the dealership did have my license and when my bf called they had already been open for an hour. NO ONE called me and told me that my license was still there. They had my number because Rob took it when I handed over my license. The amount of disrespect, dishonesty, and irresponsibility that this dealership showed me through this event is disgraceful! For them to not even call to apologize that my license was not returned is inexcusable! More
dealer is too shady I brought my 02 Civic in because my SRS light came on. I was told that it was just a rear seatbelt that was covered under warranty. So I came back a f I brought my 02 Civic in because my SRS light came on. I was told that it was just a rear seatbelt that was covered under warranty. So I came back a few days later when the part arrived and they installed it, turned off the SRS light and I was on my way. A week later the light came back on and I took it back and this time it was for my airbags that were under warranty. They replaced my airbag and told me they needed to do a $100+ diagnostics to find out why my SRS light was on. I refused to pay that and they said it was one of two things and each potential problem was a $1000+ fix. I understand this is a business, but it had been my 3rd time visiting this dealer for one problem, and I still didn't get an answer. It would be a shame if I had visited this dealership 3 times for a safety concern (SRS light) and somehow been involved in an accident where my airbag didn't work... To me this just says that they care more about money than customer safety and satisfaction. I did give them a low rating in a follow up email, and I received a phone call asking to trade my civic in for a new car? Yeah right. I love my civic but I will never ever do any business with them. They are too shady for my liking. On a side note, my coworker has had bad experiences with this same dealer. More
Had an issue and they took some extra time to resolve it. This is my first honda as I have always driven VW. You would figure that the level of attention to purchasing a $50,000 Honda Odyssey would be similar This is my first honda as I have always driven VW. You would figure that the level of attention to purchasing a $50,000 Honda Odyssey would be similar to that of a purchase at Lexus, BMW, Mercedes ect. No loaner program is a real burden. If you want someone to actually care about your car, get to know the people in the service department and pick a service person to use every time. This helps them get to know you and to know your vehicle. I have though found some really good people and can suggest then to you. James Macias is the Service Marketing Manager and I can tell you that he is top notch. As he is not the guy you will be dealing with directly, he gave me a service advisor named Tommy who was very thorough and kept me up to date on the repairs. I think that if you get the time to say hello, and take a minute that you too can create the relationship necessary to make you want to stay with a dealer. Would still like to see a loaner program. They had great customer service, at an unbeatable price. I would refer any one of my friends and family to this dealership. I can't say that about of a lot of dealerships. My sales person I had was Chris Johnson. He was great. He got us everything we were looking for, and kept us in the loop on everything. Thanks for the outstanding service Super S. I will continue to do business with you as long as you maintain this level of service. More
Overall a good car purchasing experience I purchased a new Honda Accord at this dealership. Before visiting the store, I have quoted online and got in touch with the sales representative Manuel. Through email communication, I was able to get a reasonable price (I know it is reasonable since I have done a lot of research and quoted a number of dealers in the valley). So I decided to visit the dealership when notified that the car that I want becomes available. Manuel was able to do the price as he promised in the quote and handled everything smoothly for me. I can feel that Manuel is a nice guy who don't try to sell you a car at a outrageous price. He also didn't try to lie to me to get me into the store and then gave a ridiculous number like some other dealers did. So overall it is a comfortable purchasing experience. I will recommend Manuel to other friends for purchasing a Honda. More
Oversold service work! I recently took my '08 Odyssey to this dealership. I realize that Honda Canada and Honda U.S. are not the same. But I expected the same type of Customer Service from Superstition Springs Honda. I have dealt with this dealership with two different Odysseys for 10 years and had never run into this type of problem. I went to Honda to have my brakes checked before traveling home. The result was a fairly comprehensive "diagnostic" of the vehicle. I was informed that the rear brakes were at 20%, the front brakes were at 80% but should be replaced because they were after-market are were damaging the rotors, the serpentine timing belt should be replaced (there are no cracks in the belt and was recently replaced), the cabin filter was dirty (replaced three weeks ago) and the front lower control arm bushings should be done as they are getting close to the frame. I obviously went and got another opinion, had the rear brakes done and saved about $2200 US. Dollars. More
