Had Auto Butler service- Some spots were missed at the service and when I called Stephanie, she immediatly arranged to have a re-do and throw inspection after. She offered a rental car and when the Pilot was finished in just a few hours she called and let me know that it was finished. Oil change and tire rotation. I was met in the service department by a gentleman named Tommy. He looked the car over, told me what they were going to do and how much it was going t I was met in the service department by a gentleman named Tommy.
