Be firm on your price Their internet price was good compared to other dealerships in the area, and with that information and a firm price in my mind for a particular model Their internet price was good compared to other dealerships in the area, and with that information and a firm price in my mind for a particular model I went for a visit. Carl, our salesman, was pleasant and informative on the car; we did the test drive, and took a day to think about it. Before we left, and when we came back, I was upfront about the maximum price we'd accept, and they said they could easily match that or maybe even go lower. Once we decided on the car, of course, they came back with a sheet with a purchase price almost $1000 higher than what we'd already discussed. When I repeated what our maximum price was, the "contract person" went to talk to someone else in the back; about five minutes later he came back and gave us the good news that they could do our price. So I wondered, why the games with the $1000 higher price? The same thing happened in finance next. We were offered, and declined, the extended warranty for $3500. But when we did, he printed out a form with a "late-in-the-month special" (not offered until right then) that was only $1750. (We still declined.) Dollar amounts just came and went; lower numbers appeared when we said we weren't interested in a higher number. The bottom line: the salesman was pleasant, the car is nice and the delivery process was pretty quick. But beware of prices that don't stay as low as they seem; have a firm price in mind. More
Don't waste your time and money Managers are so rude and being sarcastic in this place. I felt so cheated and misguided. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They keep barging you ,calling you and give wrong promises on phone calls and once you are there in the dealership the whole story changes. Beware my friends! More
