Buyer Beware! So many issues since purchasing in 2020. Service, promises, contracts are not honored. I just want my car fixed at another Honda dealership becaus So many issues since purchasing in 2020. Service, promises, contracts are not honored. I just want my car fixed at another Honda dealership because of all the past issues. Now my 3rd party service contract that I purchased is only valid at their location. But never disclosed at signing and nowhere on the contract does it say I have to go back to them. In fact it says if I go back to seller, I don't have to pay the $100 deductible, if I don't use them I do. Doesn't that sound like I can go anywhere? I am really upset. Trying to work with Tommy Durant, service manager is a joke and won't return phone calls in any timely manner or maybe even at all. Still waiting at this point More

Horrible service not only was service poor they left all kinds of trash inside my vehicle that I just had detailed. I had to bring my car in for battery check. I was welcomed as soon as I got there and was assisted immediately, even though my appointment was scheduled a couple days later in the week.
