Too busy selling new cars, has no time for someone with a budget. I would have been willing to spend more money if his attitude was different. More

I will drive miles out of my way and wait for the superior service from Homda of Superstition Springs. Scott Pfeiffer treated me like a valued customer and answered my questions with valid reasons for why service is needed. I was at Autonation Honda of Chandler today for an oil change and was given a list of recommended services, but when I asked my questions the response was very short. I wanted to know why the brake fluid wasn't changed with the rear brakes being changed and I was told by Autonation, well it's a separate service. I also asked if there was anything they would do on the cost of I did the rear brakes and the fluid, which were $255.95 and $119.95 and I was told, no they are separate services and that's it. The same questions asked to Superstition and my responses were, the brake fluids are in a sealed system and changing the pads do not require breaking open the seal for the fluids. I was quoted less for both services and when I asked if I did both services today what could they do on the price. I was told over $250 in service they offer a 12% discount. I asked if they could get me in today if I brought it within the hour and I was told yes. I rushed and picked my car from Autonation and took it to Superstition. Huge difference, Autonation had 1 person waiting and a few cars versus Superstition had several people dropping off and picking up with a long line of cars. This let me know that I was at the Top Spot! If the conversation with Scott was all I had to go off of, it was enough, but after seeing how busy they were I knew it was because they provide Superior Service and are good to their customers. When I picked up my car I was also greeted by the service manager Tommy Durante who wanted to know what I had done and if I needed anything else. The professionalism, respect and overall genuine service, I see why they are so busy. I will never take my car anywhere else. Funny thing is, when I told the Autonation service manager the conversation I had and that I was offered a better explanation, pricing and overall service, his response was...Okay, I will put add a note that you are a Superstition Springs customer. WOW! And that is their service manager. My car was there and he made no attempt to keep me there and could careless about losing my business. Also, when I mentioned to the advisor I would be noting this in my survey, he asked me if I would mention him. So Brendon Collins and service manager Steve of Autonation are the reason why I will no longer have any service done there. I should thank them for guiding me to a better place for service. I guess it makes sense to drive miles away for the best! I hope this was helpful and remember, you should be able to ask questions and be appreciated when you are spending hundreds of dollars! More

Plesant Experience Ruined by a Financial Manager I do want to preface this review by stating that the internet manager, Adrian Gonzalez, was excellent and I highly recommend working with him; however I do want to preface this review by stating that the internet manager, Adrian Gonzalez, was excellent and I highly recommend working with him; however.... I placed a negative review of Larry Le, financial manager at Superstition Honda on Yelp. A shortened version of the review is that he attempted to sell me an extended warranty at 120% the cost I found it elsewhere, and attempted to lie in order to defame the other dealership I found the better deal at. After performing more research and working with the other dealership, I made the deal with them and got the warranty at half the rate Mr. Le offered. He lied on multiple fronts, and was generally dishonest about the practices at Superstition Honda. After declining the warranty, the customer service between him and my family significantly decreased to a point that it was awkward to complete the transaction. This was noted by all members of my family. Since the time I posted the negative review on Yelp (Two-Stars, because I thoroughly enjoyed my salesman), I was called my Mr. Le who verbally harassed and threatened me over the phone regarding my review. Towards the end of the conversation, he attempted to threaten me by saying that "I better take my future business elsewhere" and "what goes around..." I felt he attempted to intimidate me into removing the review, even though he stated this was not the purpose of the call. His tone with me said otherwise, he attempted to bully me by insulting me and yelling about this review and I will not take that from him. I have since filed a complaint with Honda Corporate and await a response in this matter. More

Tried selling me an old model for the price of the new 2016s and then crumpled up the papers and stormed off when I said I wasn't paying the price of the new 2016s for last year's model. Every interaction had the sleazy car dealer vibe. I was a Honda customer for the last 14 years but will not go back here and switched my loyalty to Mazda due to this dealership. More

While I was waiting in the service area, an employee came up to me and told me that my car was highly sought after (Element) and there is a waiting list for buyers. He told me he wanted to make me a "smoking deal." Since Elements have stopped production over 12 years ago, I actually believed he really wanted it and would offer me a generous amount. After continually saying I was not in the market for the new car but would listen to what he has to offer, he insisted I take a test drive before he would reveal what sort of offer he would make. After the test drive, he insulted me by offering me $750 on a trade allowance for a new Honda. My Element in not in perfect shape but it is worth a lot more than that! It has less than 150k miles and will more than double. They also did a hard inquiry on my credit. They wasted an hour and a half of my time and continue to call me, now offering $2000 (still way low) IF I buy/lease a new car. Everything the sales man told me was a lie, a waste of time and ending up lowering my credit score for the needless hard inquiry. This place sucks, don't go here!!! I'd be very weary of the of positive reviews, I'm betting they are fake. More

I appreciate them working with me and they've certainly won me over again. 12/26/15: I'm no mechanic, but am certainly knowledgeable about cars. I noticed my Cr-V was acting up, and knew I needed to replace the spark plugs, which I did. After the problem persisted, it was clear I needed the vehicles valves fixed, which I decided would be easiest to have done at the dealership where I purchased my car. I spoke with Aaron Yates, and told him specifically not to replace the spark plugs because I had done that the day before. He said he understood, and I dropped the car off. I later received a phone call from Aaron telling me that the spark plugs were in good shape (because they were brand new) and the valves needed to be fixed (which I knew). I again reminded him to not replace the spark plugs, and he said he wouldn't. After I picked up the car the next day I got home and checked and saw the spark plugs had been replaced and I was charged full price for the plugs and for labor. The valved didn't even need replacing. I should have looked further into what I was signing, but this was just terrible and dishonest, after I specifically said multiple times not to replace them, and I was charged FULL PRICE! Terrible, because I signed they are no longer willing to work with me. Not ever going here again, and letting my family and friends know. Very disappointed. More
