LIED TO Just like any other dealership... we were LIED to. I do not trust Honda of Superstition Springs and neither should you!! When we leased our Honda Acco Just like any other dealership... we were LIED to. I do not trust Honda of Superstition Springs and neither should you!! When we leased our Honda Accord were told we could turn it in early if we no longer needed the car by our dealer Chris Johnson. Guess what? We moved a year ago and only need 1 car now. We tried calling Honda of Superstition Springs for over A WEEK to ask if we could turn it in. EVENTUALLY they told us to talk to Honda Financial. Honda Finanacial told us that the dealership sometime allows it to be traded in early within 6 months if they have a need for the car. I just got an email from Mike Lacy saying they had a need for it. Great! BUT WAIT... was then was told they only wanted to up sell me. We were not indeed, as Michael put it, a "Perfect Match". Michael Lacy is a Liar. Chris Johnson is a Liar. People at Honda of Superstition Springs are LIARS. -DO NOT SHOP THERE- I've recently seen terrible reviews for Honda Superstition Springs and I'll be sure to put mine in with the rest of them. Beware. More
Pay more... get lied to and have your credit dinged Stay as far away as possible from this place. Don't let other reviews fool you. You will get a better deal at Autonation Honda and you won't be blata Stay as far away as possible from this place. Don't let other reviews fool you. You will get a better deal at Autonation Honda and you won't be blatantly lied to. I had the worst car buying experience in my life at this place. Had agreed on a price with Peter the Salesperson over the phone and came down to make the deal happen. When I got there I test drove the vehicle, they ran my credit even after I told them specifically to run it after the price we agreed on was confirmed. My credit is excellent so the price increase had nothing to do with that. They give me the pricing and it's way more than what we agreed on over the phone. Long story short, I gave them a competitors quote to beat, they sent me pictures of the car I was buying, then when they gave me the higher pricing they said the salesperson Peter was quoting a lesser model vehicle because they got me mixed up with another customer which is a blatant lie to get me to come down there in person. They couldn't even end up beating the competitors quote that i sent them originally which was from Autonation!! So if you want a ding on your credit, if you want to pay more money, and get lied to in the process feel free to come here to Superstition Springs Honda! Stay away.... More
We have purchased several new Hondas from Supestition Spring We are senior citizens and find the fast service very helpful. Rather than messing around with technology we just go to fast service and someone runs We are senior citizens and find the fast service very helpful. Rather than messing around with technology we just go to fast service and someone runs out and asks our question and they find someone to fix it! Both phones are connected on each car! Everyone who works here is very friendly, sales, service, or the lady that meets you at the door. We recommend Superstition Springs all the time. People know we always drive Hondas, so we are asked many times, altho we have the license holder on both cars. We like that they almost always coat your car with the Autp Butler. We find that very helpful in keeping our cars always looking good and easy to keep them like that. More

Best Dealership and Car Buying Experience Ever Superstition Springs Honda Review-4-30-17 It is not possible for me to fully convey how amazing our experience was at Superstition Springs Honda. I Superstition Springs Honda Review-4-30-17 It is not possible for me to fully convey how amazing our experience was at Superstition Springs Honda. I went in to look at a 2017 Honda Civic after very responsive service from the Internet sales department. When I arrived at the dealership, I met a gentleman, Adrian Gonzales, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He spent a good amount of time with me answering my questions and worked diligently to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He was so honest and there was absolutely no pressure over the couple of hours we were working together. I made the decision to purchase the vehicle and when I got to finance, I prepared myself for the typical 'battle' that often happens in the back room with hidden costs, upsells, etc. Jon Leckwart was BY FAR that absolute best person I've ever worked with, having purchased around a dozen cars in my life. I could not believe how amazing this experience was. There was even diligent follow up after the deal was done. This dealership provided the best experience of any transaction, vehicle or otherwise, that I have ever been involved with. They went above and beyond in every respect and left no stone unturned. It was such a great experience that I decided to trade in our 2013 Toyota RAV and purchase a 2017 CR-V a week later. Had the exact same experience. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. I will be purchasing all future vehicles from Superstition Springs Honda as long as they are able to maintain this incredibly high level of service. Thank you Superstition Springs Honda! You folks are AMAZING! More
SOLD US A PREVIOUSLY TOTALED CAR WITHOUT DISCLOSING ON CARFA X. Was even a "Certified Pre Owned". We just went in to trade in our old accord for a new one. Surprisingly the other honda dealer showed us a Carfax X. Was even a "Certified Pre Owned". We just went in to trade in our old accord for a new one. Surprisingly the other honda dealer showed us a Carfax report that stated this vehicle was a Total Loss in 2009, before we bought it, and only started reporting it in 2013 after we bought it! It did NOT show up as a Total Loss on the Carfax when we bought it used from this Superstition Honda dealer. This was even a Certified Pre Owned and they did not disclose this or show it on the CarFax! The air bags are stated to have deployed and major damage needing towning from the 2009 accident. If trust and safety are your concern, AVOID! We are in contact with the Better Business Bureau and other certain parties about this. More

No honor or ethics My Wife and I found a used CRV 2015 and Spoke with Adrian Gonzoles. We told him we would be up the day after Valentines day. That morning at about 9: My Wife and I found a used CRV 2015 and Spoke with Adrian Gonzoles. We told him we would be up the day after Valentines day. That morning at about 9:00 am we call and spoke with him and said we are on our way and are very interested in the car. We called the dealership at about 10:30 to state we were almost there. We asked to speak directly to Adrian. He was busy. We were about 10:00 minutes from the dealership after a 2 1/2HR drive from Tucson to be informed that Adrian had sold the car. Needless to say we were less than happy. As I spoke with him he said I cant hold a car. If someone wants to buy the car we sell it. I said you knew we were on our way as we had called twice. They were writing up the deal as we arrived at the dealership. My wife dropped me off at my sisters place and drove home. 5 hours of our time was wasted!. Another 6 hours looking for another car, none met our needs. Then we saw one that had just been traded in. Not quite as nice as the one we lost, but acceptable. The salesman Mo, treated us like a pro and we purchased the car. I would not recommend the used car sales people. Go somewhere else there are lots of Honda dealers in Phoenix. Tempe Honda is great More
No one to address my complaint I thought I was having a great car buying experience. I got what I thought was a fair price and the vehicle was almost exactly what I wanted. When I I thought I was having a great car buying experience. I got what I thought was a fair price and the vehicle was almost exactly what I wanted. When I went into finance I was asked if I wanted the warranty. I then asked more questions about the work that had been done to the car. I was given the list of items but I was confused why some of the items that were recommended were not complete. I was told that the car had a new battery, new brakes, etc. I said I still had some concerns but I took the vehicle and decided to call Mike Lacy the next day. I did and I let him know that I wanted to know why the timing belt wasn't replaced when it is a service that should be done before 100000 miles and the car was 93000. He said he would talk to the used car manager. Mike called back and gave me some run around about the human factor in the recommended services. I had my brother who owns a car repair shop talk to Mike and he said a manager would call but never has. I called Mike again and he said someone would get in touch with me and never has. I called the dealership trying to talk to a manager and they put me on the sales answering machine. Not only that, but when I started my car this morning my car said needs new battery. After I was just told they put in a new one! Now I can't trust anything they told me nor can I get in touch with anyone to resolve my issues. They are out to make money but customer service is NOT one of their goals. More
Unprofessional Very disappointing after switching from Tempe Honda. Went with superstition for geographic convenience to our home. Bought two new vehicles in 2016 an Very disappointing after switching from Tempe Honda. Went with superstition for geographic convenience to our home. Bought two new vehicles in 2016 and won't be back. A botched registration transfer from the dealer caused traffic citations for improper registration that were inconvenient and embarrassing. Grrrr.. months later, I was contacted to refinance, scheduled appointment, only to be informed that it was oversight on dealers behalf that I was not eligible. Grrr... when purchasing the vehicles I was persuaded to get paint protection. I called thrice to inquire about procedure on this program. Repeatedly, i was told no appointments accepted and to drop off and pick up same day. The morning I planned to attempt this I was told the same. Upon arrival at the dealership I was asked if I had an appointment. Grrrrr. Then I was told that no one was available to perform the minimal touch ups. UNACCEPTABLE. I had purchased and serviced two vehicles at Tempe Honda with nary a problem. I am bitter that i was duped into switching dealerships. I would rather drive further for quality service where i feel like a valued customer opposed to another sale. More
