To say they went above and beyond the usual and customary is an understatement and I am grateful beyond words. I highly recommend Honda of Superstition Springs Service Department, will continue my routine vehicle maintenance without hesitation with them as well as any necessary future repairs! No honor or ethics My Wife and I found a used CRV 2015 and Spoke with Adrian Gonzoles. We told him we would be up the day after Valentines day. That morning at about 9: My Wife and I found a used CRV 2015 and Spoke with Adrian Gonzoles. We told him we would be up the day after Valentines day. That morning at about 9:00 am we call and spoke with him and said we are on our way and are very interested in the car. We called the dealership at about 10:30 to state we were almost there. We asked to speak directly to Adrian. He was busy. We were about 10:00 minutes from the dealership after a 2 1/2HR drive from Tucson to be informed that Adrian had sold the car. Needless to say we were less than happy. As I spoke with him he said I cant hold a car. If someone wants to buy the car we sell it. I said you knew we were on our way as we had called twice. They were writing up the deal as we arrived at the dealership. My wife dropped me off at my sisters place and drove home. 5 hours of our time was wasted!. Another 6 hours looking for another car, none met our needs. Then we saw one that had just been traded in. Not quite as nice as the one we lost, but acceptable. The salesman Mo, treated us like a pro and we purchased the car. I would not recommend the used car sales people. Go somewhere else there are lots of Honda dealers in Phoenix. No one to address my complaint I thought I was having a great car buying experience. I got what I thought was a fair price and the vehicle was almost exactly what I wanted. When I went into finance I was asked if I wanted the warranty. I then asked more questions about the work that had been done to the car. I was given the list of items but I was confused why some of the items that were recommended were not complete. I was told that the car had a new battery, new brakes, etc. I said I still had some concerns but I took the vehicle and decided to call Mike Lacy the next day. I did and I let him know that I wanted to know why the timing belt wasn't replaced when it is a service that should be done before 100000 miles and the car was 93000. He said he would talk to the used car manager. Mike called back and gave me some run around about the human factor in the recommended services. I had my brother who owns a car repair shop talk to Mike and he said a manager would call but never has. I called Mike again and he said someone would get in touch with me and never has. I called the dealership trying to talk to a manager and they put me on the sales answering machine. Not only that, but when I started my car this morning my car said needs new battery. After I was just told they put in a new one! Now I can't trust anything they told me nor can I get in touch with anyone to resolve my issues. They are out to make money but customer service is NOT one of their goals. More
Unprofessional Very disappointing after switching from Tempe Honda. Went with superstition for geographic convenience to our home. Bought two new vehicles in 2016 and won't be back. A botched registration transfer from the dealer caused traffic citations for improper registration that were inconvenient and embarrassing. Grrrr.. months later, I was contacted to refinance, scheduled appointment, only to be informed that it was oversight on dealers behalf that I was not eligible. Grrr... when purchasing the vehicles I was persuaded to get paint protection. I called thrice to inquire about procedure on this program. Repeatedly, i was told no appointments accepted and to drop off and pick up same day. The morning I planned to attempt this I was told the same. Upon arrival at the dealership I was asked if I had an appointment. Grrrrr. Then I was told that no one was available to perform the minimal touch ups. UNACCEPTABLE. I had purchased and serviced two vehicles at Tempe Honda with nary a problem. I am bitter that i was duped into switching dealerships. I would rather drive further for quality service where i feel like a valued customer opposed to another sale. More
Supreme Service thanks to Tommy Durante My husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Superstition springs Honda and service has always been excellent. However Tommy Durant made my regular service even better. He has always been able to listen to my concerns and provide me excellent supreme and genuine service. I would not want to see anyone esle but him for my service. He cares about his customers and that's what really Matters to me. Time and time again he has gone over and above for me to get me the answers I need or provide me the right service. Additionally, our sales experiences there at Superstition Springs Honda have been exceptional which is why we keep returning back there for purchases of new vehicles. The sales people are kind and courteous. Yes there are incentives to sell a car but the sales guys in all my experiences have been outstanding! They listen and work with you to make every car purchase a win win. And they are friendly. I felt like by the end of our vehicle purchases we became friends with the sales and finance staff. I could not say enough to commend the entire staff there at Superstition Springs Honda, more specifically Tommy Durante. More
Service Center I went in to get my new HR-V it's first service. I made an appointment online and arrived at the service center about 15 mins before my appointment da I went in to get my new HR-V it's first service. I made an appointment online and arrived at the service center about 15 mins before my appointment date. The service agent that I was automatically assigned to was busy with another client, so a service agent named Scott Pfeiffer helped me with getting checked in. I was in and out in about 5 mins. My car was finished sooner than expected, which was great because being without a car for a few hours is difficult. I went in to pick up my car and was helped within seconds. When I walked out to pick my car up, it was immaculately cleaned, which was more than I anticipated as I've had bad experiences with having my car cleaned at a different dealership in the past. Scott went over how my car checked out with me and was very friendly. And because it was my first visit, everything done to my vehicle was completely free. I have never received such exceptional service at any car service center and will recommend Honda at Superstition Springs to everyone I know. Thank you for the wonderful service! More

While in the waiting room I joined in a conversation and found out that there was a miscommunication in a previous service that I had paid for a couple of months earlier? I took my question to Tommy Durante, he listened to my concern and told me that I would have an answer within a couple of hours. I received a call from Don Poling, Service and Parts Director, within an hour and was told that Honda of Superstition Springs was going to give me a full reimbursement of my payment. I was very impressed with their genuine concern and honesty. Thank you Tommy Durante and Don Poling! I will definitely be returning for service on my vehicle! Carol B. More

I went to dealership to get car and was out if there surprise free in less than an hour. He was so easy and professional as was the fiance department. The car was ready and waiting my arrival !! I had previously owned a Honda SUV, so Honda was one of my first choices, along with several other brands. I visited various dealerships and, after the usual sales spiel, was offered ridiculously bad financing conditions due to my lack of a credit history, despite having ample verifiable income. When I got to Honda Superstition Springs, Michael Lacy was extremely helpful, and worked with the finance team to get me the best deal they could. I wasn't able to purchase a new Pilot Touring like I had hoped, but they arranged for financing on a certified pre-owned 2015 Pilot 4WD SE - a much better deal than I was offered by other brands. Needless to say, this is the only dealership I will consider for the foreseeable future. More
