After getting into Finance department found they did not include the Tax, Title, and license which added another $4000 to the bottom line. Also We ordered the Honda care Extended Warranty and was told it was not a 3rd party extended warranty. I found out after signing the contract it was actually AWS extended warranty after calling Honda Care they said all we had was a service contract for oil changes sand service. Do not trust one word these people tell you, and read the finance contract several times before signing as they will say one thing sand write on the contract something else. Beware of this dealership as it by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. More
Lies and more lies. We purchased two cars and had a great experience. Unfortunately they pulled us in with a good sales experience, telling us there would be no problems We purchased two cars and had a great experience. Unfortunately they pulled us in with a good sales experience, telling us there would be no problems with a couple minor concerns we had with titles. Now it's over 2 months later. We are owed money on one deal and the dealer has refused to provide it until they receive BOTH titles - per the GM. First they said everything would be fine once we provided receipts the titles were ordered, and that was a lie - they now refuse. They waited until the deal was too far done to go back so they could get the sales. They lied countless times, to our face. They haven't even provided permanent plates for one vehicle, over 2 months later. I firmly believe they are intentionally withholding the plates, or have not submitted the paperwork, as they continue to dodge the question of where my plates are. Requests to speak to the owner were met with "We don't know his info." Requests submitted on their website have gone unanswered. The Finance Manager Keith said the F and S words to our faces in front of around 10 other people, both customers and employees. I am not offended by language, but it's totally inappropriate to say them to a customer. He tried to say we knew "from day 1" that we needed to take care of a problem, but that makes no sense since we knew they were holding our check. We did everything they requested, including a 20+ hour, 1000+ mile round trip to do the legwork for them - that they said they could do themselves - and then refused to honor the deal we made. If I could go back and undo these deals I would. I will never give this dealership another penny of my money. I am afraid to take these vehicles there for service - they have lied and gone back on their word so many times now that I am afraid of what they would maliciously do to my vehicles. I have two coworkers currently car shopping, and both were so horrified by this ongoing ordeal that they swore off this dealer. The worst part is that now whenever I get in my amazing, wonderful brand new Honda, I will have to remember this experience. At least I will never forget the name Superstition Springs Honda, and can spend the rest of my life warning everyone I can to stay far, far away. More
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I have been a lifetime Honda owner. But the experience I have had with this company was so awful, I will not buy another Honda again. The frontline st I have been a lifetime Honda owner. But the experience I have had with this company was so awful, I will not buy another Honda again. The frontline staff has always been very customer friendly. But when you bring your 2016 Honda in over 3 times due problems, they do everything thing they can to get out of fixing it under the warranties that we pay for. If you dare complain about them screwing you over, they will try to bully you. As you are waiting for them to get your car done, all you hear is customers complaining on how bad this dealership is. If you like to fight and like being abused this is the dealership to buy from. More
LIED TO Just like any other dealership... we were LIED to. I do not trust Honda of Superstition Springs and neither should you!! When we leased our Honda Acco Just like any other dealership... we were LIED to. I do not trust Honda of Superstition Springs and neither should you!! When we leased our Honda Accord were told we could turn it in early if we no longer needed the car by our dealer Chris Johnson. Guess what? We moved a year ago and only need 1 car now. We tried calling Honda of Superstition Springs for over A WEEK to ask if we could turn it in. EVENTUALLY they told us to talk to Honda Financial. Honda Finanacial told us that the dealership sometime allows it to be traded in early within 6 months if they have a need for the car. I just got an email from Mike Lacy saying they had a need for it. Great! BUT WAIT... was then was told they only wanted to up sell me. We were not indeed, as Michael put it, a "Perfect Match". Michael Lacy is a Liar. Chris Johnson is a Liar. People at Honda of Superstition Springs are LIARS. -DO NOT SHOP THERE- I've recently seen terrible reviews for Honda Superstition Springs and I'll be sure to put mine in with the rest of them. Beware. More
Pay more... get lied to and have your credit dinged Stay as far away as possible from this place. Don't let other reviews fool you. You will get a better deal at Autonation Honda and you won't be blata Stay as far away as possible from this place. Don't let other reviews fool you. You will get a better deal at Autonation Honda and you won't be blatantly lied to. I had the worst car buying experience in my life at this place. Had agreed on a price with Peter the Salesperson over the phone and came down to make the deal happen. When I got there I test drove the vehicle, they ran my credit even after I told them specifically to run it after the price we agreed on was confirmed. My credit is excellent so the price increase had nothing to do with that. They give me the pricing and it's way more than what we agreed on over the phone. Long story short, I gave them a competitors quote to beat, they sent me pictures of the car I was buying, then when they gave me the higher pricing they said the salesperson Peter was quoting a lesser model vehicle because they got me mixed up with another customer which is a blatant lie to get me to come down there in person. They couldn't even end up beating the competitors quote that i sent them originally which was from Autonation!! So if you want a ding on your credit, if you want to pay more money, and get lied to in the process feel free to come here to Superstition Springs Honda! Stay away.... More
We have purchased several new Hondas from Supestition Spring We are senior citizens and find the fast service very helpful. Rather than messing around with technology we just go to fast service and someone runs We are senior citizens and find the fast service very helpful. Rather than messing around with technology we just go to fast service and someone runs out and asks our question and they find someone to fix it! Both phones are connected on each car! Everyone who works here is very friendly, sales, service, or the lady that meets you at the door. We recommend Superstition Springs all the time. People know we always drive Hondas, so we are asked many times, altho we have the license holder on both cars. We like that they almost always coat your car with the Autp Butler. We find that very helpful in keeping our cars always looking good and easy to keep them like that. More

Best Dealership and Car Buying Experience Ever Superstition Springs Honda Review-4-30-17 It is not possible for me to fully convey how amazing our experience was at Superstition Springs Honda. I Superstition Springs Honda Review-4-30-17 It is not possible for me to fully convey how amazing our experience was at Superstition Springs Honda. I went in to look at a 2017 Honda Civic after very responsive service from the Internet sales department. When I arrived at the dealership, I met a gentleman, Adrian Gonzales, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He spent a good amount of time with me answering my questions and worked diligently to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He was so honest and there was absolutely no pressure over the couple of hours we were working together. I made the decision to purchase the vehicle and when I got to finance, I prepared myself for the typical 'battle' that often happens in the back room with hidden costs, upsells, etc. Jon Leckwart was BY FAR that absolute best person I've ever worked with, having purchased around a dozen cars in my life. I could not believe how amazing this experience was. There was even diligent follow up after the deal was done. This dealership provided the best experience of any transaction, vehicle or otherwise, that I have ever been involved with. They went above and beyond in every respect and left no stone unturned. It was such a great experience that I decided to trade in our 2013 Toyota RAV and purchase a 2017 CR-V a week later. Had the exact same experience. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. I will be purchasing all future vehicles from Superstition Springs Honda as long as they are able to maintain this incredibly high level of service. Thank you Superstition Springs Honda! You folks are AMAZING! More
SOLD US A PREVIOUSLY TOTALED CAR WITHOUT DISCLOSING ON CARFA X. Was even a "Certified Pre Owned". We just went in to trade in our old accord for a new one. Surprisingly the other honda dealer showed us a Carfax X. Was even a "Certified Pre Owned". We just went in to trade in our old accord for a new one. Surprisingly the other honda dealer showed us a Carfax report that stated this vehicle was a Total Loss in 2009, before we bought it, and only started reporting it in 2013 after we bought it! It did NOT show up as a Total Loss on the Carfax when we bought it used from this Superstition Honda dealer. This was even a Certified Pre Owned and they did not disclose this or show it on the CarFax! The air bags are stated to have deployed and major damage needing towning from the 2009 accident. If trust and safety are your concern, AVOID! We are in contact with the Better Business Bureau and other certain parties about this. More
