Rating; the Sales Rep. My experience was primarily with the sales rep. And what an experience it was. I don't know any one that wants to go through a car buying experience My experience was primarily with the sales rep. And what an experience it was. I don't know any one that wants to go through a car buying experience, but of course we have to do that sometimes. In this case it was an exceptional experience..all good. The Honda representative was named Mke Lacy. He was calm, cool and collected. He was direct, did not skirt issues, seemed to know what he could commit to and what he couldn't.. There was no high pressure. He seemed to have the respect andd support of his co-workers. The entire process took about 3 hours, mostly because I was not completely prepared. The Paperwork and final arrangements also went well. they simply kept their work and treated me with fairness and respect. that's quite a change from what I have encountered in past cars acquisitions. Charged me $661 and guaranteed the sound would be gone. It was not gone. Went back and they did some work on the serpentine belt. Sound was still there. Today they told me that I needed a new water pump for $680 but they would take $80 off. And that would get rid of the sound. Another Honda dealer said that their price was under $600 without any deal. Do not get your work done at Honda Superstition Springs they're very nice but they don't guarantee their work More
The Sales person Listened to me I was forced into the car buying process when I had a total loss of my vehicle. I was not at all excited to buy a car. I talked to several dealerships I was forced into the car buying process when I had a total loss of my vehicle. I was not at all excited to buy a car. I talked to several dealerships and looked at 100s of cars before settling on Honda of Superstition Springs. It was the sales person Kimson Baker that made all the difference to me. He listened to what I wanted and showed me vehicles that fit my criteria. I never once felt like he was trying to show me vehicles he wanted to sell instead of what I wanted to look at. Once a car was picked there were no hard up-sells just a simple list of options with me left to say a simple yes or no. It was a smooth process and I will be going back to Kimson for my next vehicle needs. More

After getting into Finance department found they did not include the Tax, Title, and license which added another $4000 to the bottom line. Also We ordered the Honda care Extended Warranty and was told it was not a 3rd party extended warranty. I found out after signing the contract it was actually AWS extended warranty after calling Honda Care they said all we had was a service contract for oil changes sand service. Do not trust one word these people tell you, and read the finance contract several times before signing as they will say one thing sand write on the contract something else. Beware of this dealership as it by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. More
Lies and more lies. We purchased two cars and had a great experience. Unfortunately they pulled us in with a good sales experience, telling us there would be no problems We purchased two cars and had a great experience. Unfortunately they pulled us in with a good sales experience, telling us there would be no problems with a couple minor concerns we had with titles. Now it's over 2 months later. We are owed money on one deal and the dealer has refused to provide it until they receive BOTH titles - per the GM. First they said everything would be fine once we provided receipts the titles were ordered, and that was a lie - they now refuse. They waited until the deal was too far done to go back so they could get the sales. They lied countless times, to our face. They haven't even provided permanent plates for one vehicle, over 2 months later. I firmly believe they are intentionally withholding the plates, or have not submitted the paperwork, as they continue to dodge the question of where my plates are. Requests to speak to the owner were met with "We don't know his info." Requests submitted on their website have gone unanswered. The Finance Manager Keith said the F and S words to our faces in front of around 10 other people, both customers and employees. I am not offended by language, but it's totally inappropriate to say them to a customer. He tried to say we knew "from day 1" that we needed to take care of a problem, but that makes no sense since we knew they were holding our check. We did everything they requested, including a 20+ hour, 1000+ mile round trip to do the legwork for them - that they said they could do themselves - and then refused to honor the deal we made. If I could go back and undo these deals I would. I will never give this dealership another penny of my money. I am afraid to take these vehicles there for service - they have lied and gone back on their word so many times now that I am afraid of what they would maliciously do to my vehicles. I have two coworkers currently car shopping, and both were so horrified by this ongoing ordeal that they swore off this dealer. The worst part is that now whenever I get in my amazing, wonderful brand new Honda, I will have to remember this experience. At least I will never forget the name Superstition Springs Honda, and can spend the rest of my life warning everyone I can to stay far, far away. More
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I have been a lifetime Honda owner. But the experience I have had with this company was so awful, I will not buy another Honda again. The frontline st I have been a lifetime Honda owner. But the experience I have had with this company was so awful, I will not buy another Honda again. The frontline staff has always been very customer friendly. But when you bring your 2016 Honda in over 3 times due problems, they do everything thing they can to get out of fixing it under the warranties that we pay for. If you dare complain about them screwing you over, they will try to bully you. As you are waiting for them to get your car done, all you hear is customers complaining on how bad this dealership is. If you like to fight and like being abused this is the dealership to buy from. More
