Super Service I was a first time Honda buyer at HSS last year, and this weekend was my first time bringing in my car for service (wife did the last time the oil nee I was a first time Honda buyer at HSS last year, and this weekend was my first time bringing in my car for service (wife did the last time the oil needed changing). Well, one of the tires got over inflated (sensor was OK when I left the shop) and the light came on while driving to work Monday morning. I brought the car back to HSS at 4:45 PM Monday (no appointment) and when I arrived I was told to enter the service area and wait for someone to help me. Not two minutes later Tommy Durante sees me and asks if I've been helped. I explained the situation and without hesitation he gets my car back to check for nails and correct the issue. Lucky for me there were no nails and the tire pressure was corrected in less time than it would've taken me to test the pressure on one tire. Thanks to Tommy, I was home at my usual time with the peace of mind that all is well with my 2017 Honda Accord. I wasn't sure what reaction I'd get with my problem and the fact that it was a very busy time of day for the service department.
