Honda Superstition Springs where I purchased my car in 2018 used to be excellent. I have all my servicing there as well. I went in last week with an appointment to have something that’s been recalled fixed. The person I was assigned to Gabbie, wasn’t there, they paged her twice then actually went in the back to get her, when she finally came to her work space, she rolled her eyes & asked why I was there, I showed her the paper for the recall, snatched it out of my hand & said it will take 3-4 hrs. I left & will go to Chandler for any further servicing, my next car (2-5yrs) will be a Toyota. More

Review EVERYTHING cause they will try to scam you! A week ago I purchased a Vehicle from this dealership and waited until my anger from the experience had subsided before I wrote this review. The e A week ago I purchased a Vehicle from this dealership and waited until my anger from the experience had subsided before I wrote this review. The experience went from bad, to great, to nightmarish over the week after finding the car I wanted. They literally tried to scam me out of an extra $990 that I only caught after reviewing the final loan document. When I first found the car I wanted, they confirmed the vehicle was available for test drive and I made the 30 minute drive out to see the car. Upon arrival the salesman John had us wait inside til he could retrieve the car. 45 minutes later, they finally informed us that the vehicle was borrowed by an employee and infact NOT at the dealership. We left very disappointed. The following weekend I saw the price on the vehicle had dropped significantly, so I reached out again and they insisted they had the vehicle this time. So we drove AGAIN 30 minutes (with no AC) to see the SUV. They allowed us to check out the vehicle and even test drive it without any salesman interference. They didn't try to add on any accessory sales and negotiating a fair price went smoothly. They agreed on $29000 for 72mo @ 6.99% for $486/mon and we were handed off to the finance department. This is where the dealers true colors showed up. The finance guy (I believe also a John) was kind and quickly ran through the paperwork (it was past their closing time.) Everything seemed great until the actual loan document. It showed the same monthly payment of $486... but it was for 75 months @ 6.8% and for $29990. I brought it to John's attention regarding the extra $990 and he started making excuses and said "what's a thousand dollars? I trust you" and printed out the new document. The problem is he didn't just adjust the total, but he also changed the term AND the APR. It wasn't some accident or miscalculation, he purposefully fudged the numbers to get the same monthly payment because that's what they want you to focus on. Thanks for further destroying any hope I had of finding a genuine dealership that operates as an upstanding business as opposed to some organized criminal enterprise. More
One of the best and easiest experiences I’ve had in a car dealerships. Mike & Koushi were very helpful and patient with me and walked me through the process and found me the car and color I wanted. All of my dash lights went crazy. I went to this dealer and was told it would take about 4 hours so don’t plan to wait for it. I was there at 8am appointment time but decided to wait around. At 10am the car had not moved. At 10:45 it was in the bay and mechanic said it would be a short while. Service advisor came out and said front camera was bad and needed to be replaced. Camera and alignment would be $1600 plus tax. I could still drive the car so I refused. When I got home in Canada, I went to my dealer Centennial Honda. They did an alignment on the camera and charged $109.50, Canadian, which is about $80 U.S. dollars. I have all of this on paper which I can provide as proof. I tried to leave a review on their page but they don’t allow that, not much wonder! I don’t know why Angelo’s name came up for a rating. I don’t believe I even dealt with him and I certainly did not give him a one star rating. More
Preventative Maintenance is something I have practiced for the last two decades and the dealerships have always provided great service and never had a problem accepting my business. BUT today at Supersti for the last two decades and the dealerships have always provided great service and never had a problem accepting my business. BUT today at Superstition Honda, I had an appointment that I created online and I received someone other than my usual advisor. I was told by the advisor I was assigned to that my car did not need any service because my oil was still at 50% and I questioned him about “preventative maintenance.” He told me that my oil will probably only be changed once a year or until it gets to 15%. And that my next maintenance will be when the 100K schedule. He has been going through my odometer showing me my oil readings. And by doing so, he would of seen that my car was at 102K and that was one of the reasons I brought it to be serviced. By this time, I have lost all trust and respect for this man that I do not want him to have anything else to do with my car so I just listened to him and left. I will just go back in a few months to the trusted advisor, Mike Marks, who has never told me that I should not service my car. And Mike knows that when I set the online reservation, the details are not specific enough, so I likely just choose oil and then let Mike know what else I am looking to have done as well as his consultation on whatever else may be needed. I do not mind spending the money and Mike does not mind accepting the money for Honda Superstition Springs. Two things occurred this morning, either the advisor that was assigned to me this morning did not want to add me to his list of work and/or they are having labor shortages as well and will try to weed out any business they can to slow the flow of work. All I know is I am a customer who believes in applying preventative maintenance to my car providing security in knowing that it is where it needs to be and I am willing to pay a business to provide that for me. That did not happen today. Today through this advisor the business said, I do not want your money. WOW! As well as, they email you about service reminders through Carfax which stated I was overdue for a tire rotation, something I was going to have done. Why even send the emails, if you do not want the business? Really? More
