No Fluff I purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX80 from the Honda dealership and my sales guy was Adrian Gonzalez. I have never recieved such superior customer service I purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX80 from the Honda dealership and my sales guy was Adrian Gonzalez. I have never recieved such superior customer service when purchasing a vehicle. Typically you are in a dealership for hours and probably should pack a lunch due to the long wait...Not with Adrian, he kept his word and got me in and out. Most of my paperwork was drawn up prior to my arrival. As long as you are honest and get him all the docs in which he has requested, he will work to get you thee best interest rate possible. I couldnt be more happier and I must say, I have been a customer of Lexus and a few others; however, superstition honda won my business due to the honesty, customer service and genuine concern and understanding of my budget. Whether you are looking to purchase a vehicle for the first time or, this isnt your first rodeo, Adrian Gonzalez at Superstition Honda is who I recommend you patronize. You will not be disapointed. Lastly, there was a finance rep that assisted me and unfortunately i cant recall her name, but she deserves a huge thank you and hug as she not only walked me through the process but gave me a realisx breakdown of my buying options, interest rate and payments. customer service I just bought a new HRV, love the car and the salesman, but nothing else. I transferred my license from my trade in to my new car, but they never gav I just bought a new HRV, love the car and the salesman, but nothing else. I transferred my license from my trade in to my new car, but they never gave me my plate, I was told it would be on my car behind the temporary sticker, it was not. I called and left 3 messages with Title dept, talked to salesman who said he would check into it, but never called back. So I called the sales manager and all I got was voicemail, so I left a message. I have still NOT received a call back! The salesman, Michael called me and said he would have my license by fri, but he called me tuesday and said he had it, He got me a replacement and had it overnighted,. Then he put it on my car, He went over and above, Thanks Mike! More
