Real poor customer service You need to run not walk away from this so called dealership. Took my new Civic in for a replacement grille and a cowl close out piece that were not p You need to run not walk away from this so called dealership. Took my new Civic in for a replacement grille and a cowl close out piece that were not properly attached, when they said it was done the grille was not installed correctly and they had broke the Honda emblem off of it. They dented the left fender putting the piece on the cowl. They also broke the right headlight and the chrome piece that goes above it. The weasel so called manager came out and said you must have wrecked the car. It was a new piece that had been poorly installed, the rest of the damage they caused. Bottom line is they are VERY dishonest, they make crooked dealerships seem like saints. I guess they feel because we are senior citizens they can just treat us any way they want and we just have to take it. Well we live in a high end 55 plus community and don't think we won't be telling everyone one we come in contact with about your treatment. Please, please, please save yourself from these crooks and go elsewhere. More

Professional Overall my experience was well but when I left the dealer the air pressure sensor went off. I checked the air and all four tires were low. Horrifying experience that should never be allowed! I went into this dealership and worked with a salesman named Tommy. I wanted to look at a CR-V EX model. Tommy asked for my license to do a test dri I went into this dealership and worked with a salesman named Tommy. I wanted to look at a CR-V EX model. Tommy asked for my license to do a test drive. I gave it to him to copy, as is customary. He stuck it in his pocket instead of returning it to me when I requested it . I asked him for it and he said he would give it to me later. I gave him my keys to my Honda Accord to be considered for a trade-in. He took my keys to have a mechanic look at it. I took a seat at a table and Tommy made an offer on the CR-V and my Accord. His CR-V price was way too high and his trade-in offer on my Accord was way too low. ($108) We talked back and forth and I decided not to get the car. I asked him for my keys and license and he told me I could have them when I bought the car and not until! I felt afraid and intimidated. On at least 4 occasions I asked him for my keys and license. He refused to give them to me. On the 4th time I got up and told Tommy to meet me at the receptionist desk with my keys. I went outside and called my husband and told my husband that if I didn't get my license and keys I would be calling the police. I went back in and demanded (nicely) my keys. He finally gave them to me. I have been told that this is Tommy's way of doing business. He usually deals with older people and intimidates them until they buy a car. WHY HASN'T HE BEEN FIRED? Because he sells a lot of cars this way. I have heard his boss Mike also uses intimidation and approves of Tommy's tactics. If you have a parent who is thinking of buying a car or if you are older, steer clear of this dealership! I am older but I stood my ground. But many people haven't. This is not the way to sell cars. The next day I got 3 calls from "managers" saying they wanted to work with me and make me a great deal on a car. When I called back I was immediately transferred to Tommy, where he started his games again. I told him I would not buy a car from him no matter what. I don't like to play games and this dealership is full of them. STAY AWAY! More
I wanted to give 5 stars but can't... at all They got us a price we were happy with, we signed a contract and went home with our new Odyssey Elite. As we do with all new car purchases we make, we prepared gifts for the sales team that helped us. We dropped them off in the morning and by the afternoon they called us back in to tell us the deal was never approved and we had to re-negotiate. They wanted $75 more per month. I was quite disappointed and embarrassed. We returned the vehicle and then sat for hours as they tried to get us into another vehicle we didn't want. Ultimately we left and a Toyota dealership matched SuperHonda's original deal for their equivalent Van Model. I asked Tim and Amir (finance guy) who allowed them to sign a contract with us to take the Van home without having a closed deal but Amir said he had no idea and Tim said he wasn't privy to that information. I really don't know what else to say. The receptionists were super nice and were bummed out with us when we returned the van. As far as the sales team goes... just make sure your deal is closed before going home with the car. More

The transaction was a tad complex since I currently had a lease to add into the mix but with the help of Mike Rutherford and also the finance person David H. whom we had the pleasure of meeting we were able to make it happen. The attention to detail and the sense of urgency and asking open ended questions truly made me feel valued and I highly recommend Honda of Supersition to my family and to my friends. This is the fourth vehicle my family has purchased from Honda of superstition! I also have two small children and I appreciate them having a kids area for them to color read or watch a movie ! More
