Unprofessional, as If I didn't know what I was talking about The Front desk lady was very polite and helpful but Tommy maglio was not so pleasant. Somewhere there is an empty Circus! Set up the appointment two days in advance. Asked to have the vehicles ready. Get there, greet the salesman and he seats us. Asked about the 2018 Pilo Set up the appointment two days in advance. Asked to have the vehicles ready. Get there, greet the salesman and he seats us. Asked about the 2018 Pilot. Poof!!! He was gone for 34 minutes until I had him paged. Brings us a new 2018 Honda Pilot, then it begins. Spider webs covered the front rim, vehicle completely dirty, turned the AC on and poof the smell of burnt oil. I asked the salesman, are you sure this is a brand new 2018? He said check the mileage🙈🙈. Drove down the freeway and the main monitor/display blinked off and on then quit working. AC was fluctuating from high to low pressure. Salesman said they both need a fuse🙈🙈 Pulled into the dealership and asked him for my key for my vehicle (trade in). Maybe he thought he was going to sell us that lemon 🍋 after installing Two fuses🤣🤣 But I had to ask 5 times for my key to leave this joke of a place. Drove across town and purchased (AAA Car Buying Phx) without the ridiculous nonsense dealerships use. Hardest 3 things in life (opinion); 1. Child Bearing 2. Self moving old house to new house 3.
