Treat you like royalty up until they have your money Bought an used car from them, 2018 model with 10K miles. They also sold me a $3,000 entended warranty but failed to tell me it does not go into effect until I’ve owned the car for 30 days. I’ve been on the phone back & forth with Sales manager David for weeks and all I’ve gotten is runarounds. He tells me he will call me back time after time & never does. I’ve spoken to several “managers” there and they all tell me they will make sure he gets back to me. They know I live 2 hours away so they have just been giving me a runaround. I am now out $1,600 prior to my first payment being due. I don’t appreciate their customer service skills, always lying to me about getting back to me or keeping me on hold for long periods of time only to hang up on me after 20-30 minutes of waiting. I would even get hung up on and had managers pretending the line was breaking up when I had perfect signal and they are on a landline. Not to mention their horrible hold music. More
