They wouldn't even call me back and I actually to time off work to meet the collision Mgr and he never showed. phone called not answered. The total Ghost, Wow how professional of Autonation Honda of Chandler. I took my car to a 2:30 appt and Tommy was literally waiting outside for me and it was hot!. After some lively discussion he called me within 10 minutes, told me to have the car there at 7am. I was first in line and Tommy again came out literally took my car into the shop and told me to just wait a few minutes. 15 minutes later he brought the car out fixed. He told me they were just waiting for me to get there so they could swap the panel. OMG it was like a pit stop and no arguments, like the other place. Tommy did a great job and has my business from now on. Thats what I call Customer service. He knew I was upset and he made it right. More
