Before meeting with this particular group, other dealers in the area, outright lied to us with, "Yes, we work with Costco." When doubling back?, checking with Costco, several dealers had been dropped by Cosrco due to passing incorrect facts. FINALLY. Meeting with the Honda group, they were true to Costco's discounts, including auto insurance. The Manager, Costco rep, Sales agent answered questions clearly, allowed us to leave and double check our resources without guilt. My daughter and I arrived again the next day to close the deal . She found a car that she loves, I strongly recommend this Honda group. You will leave knowing you were heard and Honda's agents took your concerns seriously and backed up what was said and promised. DEALING WITH RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER LIKE PROFESSIONALS! SOME CUSTOMERS ARE RIDICULOUS! This time I am that customer and everyone at Honda of Superstition stepped up. No matter how small the item I made it a SOME CUSTOMERS ARE RIDICULOUS! This time I am that customer and everyone at Honda of Superstition stepped up. No matter how small the item I made it a big deal and felt valued at each complaint. I have been shopping for a couple of months and final came down to the Accord and Camry. Which hands down the Accord felt more updated versus an out dated Camry. Not to mention, the sales staff at Honda where so much more professional. There was no high pressure sales going on and we felt like they valued our business. I do not want to go through all of the small things I complained about but will tell you there was no hesitation to make it right. My salesman was Mike Lacey, sales manager who also reached out was David Hernandez and in service I worked with Rollis. If this team could put up with my constant back and forth as well as dropping off the vehicle and having to get a rental. I also complained about getting a rental versus a courtesy vehicle and my go to service rep Joseph Hurtado explained the new vehicles used for courtesy vehicles were being returned damages such as rims being scraped by curbs, door dings and additional damages but did not confirm this was why they discontinued the courtesy vehicles. He offered to get the service manager to confirm exactly why I had to get a rental but I declined because that made sense enough. All I know is I live closer to San Tan Honda and for some reason Honda of Superstition has always won my business since 2008. This is our 5th Honda. Sales and service have always treated us as valued customers but again, as reviews go, I still shop their business each time and they continue to step up! Thank you Honda of Superstition! More

Lifesaver!! Went to Honda for a service part I had ordered and ended up with a flat tire in the parking lot without the correct key to detach it. He went out of his way to call someone to help out, and ultimately led us to a nearby auto store with exactly what we needed.
