Honda of Superstition Springs not only answered their phones in the most professional manner, they hooked me up with Chris Dressel immediately. He was the ONLY salesperson who took a significant amount of time to ask questions and collect information. He projected confidence, professionalism, and expertise. Setting an appointment to meet at this dealership was a foregone conclusion for both Chris and me. When I arrived, I was prepared for the typical sales spiel, and as a sales rep myself, I was having none of it. To my delight, Chris was all the things he had projected over the phone: self-assured, professional but easy-going and friendly, and he knew his cars. He made it clear for the entirety of my visit (which ended in a sale) that he was there FOR ME and spared no effort answering my questions, accommodating my needs, and facilitating a mutually beneficial transaction. I will say that the other employees with whom I spoke that day - manager Manny Navarro, the credit rep - were each by turn solicitous and efficient. Manny bent over backwards to make sure I had the exact car I wanted, taking special measures to procure it for me in a timely fashion. Frankly the whole experience was outstanding, and my next purchase will be with this team at this dealership. Tried to overcharge for unneeded service. Took 2011 Pilot in because VSA and Emissions light came on and service department tried to say the rings were "shot" because of the heat in AZ. We pa Took 2011 Pilot in because VSA and Emissions light came on and service department tried to say the rings were "shot" because of the heat in AZ. We paid for the diagnostics and took to a local automotive shop and they did a compression test and tested the spark plugs. They replaced the spark plugs and what Honda at Superstition Springs was going to charge $3500 for the shop did for $713.00. Make sure you get a second opinion if it just doesn't seem right! Guess maybe the mechanic was trying to make his year end quota! Too bad too, because we have taken the car there before and have been satisfied with the service and the work. More

Every single employee from Service Advisor to cashier to sales staff to mechanics were helpful, friendly, patient, professional and genuinely interested in serving me. Chris Dressel was our salesman and was very positive, helpful, knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end. He personally set up our blue tooth and paired our phones for hands free operation. Hats off to Chris for this and many more positive and helpful surprises throughout the entire purchase process. Manuel Navarro, Fleet/internet Manager, another true professional, was also very helpful. He meticulously arranged for the detailing of the truck on short notice and removal of the running boards which illuminated a tripping hazard for us elderly customers. Koushyar Momtazian is one of the most knowledgeable and professional financial experts we’ve ever had the privilege of working with.
