There is no doubt that this is a was an a excellent purchase experience for my mother and I. Our salesman was P.J Singh. We purchase a 2008 Honda CRV EX-L with navigation system and a 2010 Honda Civic purchase experience for my mother and I. Our salesman was P.J Singh. We purchase a 2008 Honda CRV EX-L with navigation system and a 2010 Honda Civic Cuope. They are both cheap on gas and with exellent standard fuatures which makes these vehicles exellent on the road. At Greenwich Honda there are probrably many good salesman but never as good as P.J Singh. P.J made sure that we were satisfy with our purchase, and oh boy he did. His great personality, always respectful, and his ability to show that cares about his customers are the cuallities of an exellent salesman. P.J isn't another salesman who gives attitude becasue you didn't purchase the car at the end of the day. He is a very helpful salesman that will get you without a doubt a good deal that benefits you in all ways possible. My mother and I really appreciate P.J for all the hellp. We truly recommend this salesman!!! More

I was looking for a Honda SI this year for pleasure purposes. I looked every where online, but decided if I purchase an SI, I would want it from a certified dealer. I was just shopping around looking to purchase a vehicle, I was referred to go to Greenwich of Honda from a friend of a friend lol. He introduced me to the finance manager Lou. From then on I told Lou exactly what I wanted even though I was putting my hopes up way high due to my bad credit. But Lou reassured me that it would not be a problem he guaranteed that i will be able to get the car that i wanted. I still had my doubts. The next day Kevin called me (sales consultant) and told me he would take care of my application from then on. The whole process of purchasing a car took about 3 weeks. Going forward not only did Lou get me approved but he got me approved with NO DOWN PAYMENT with a low interest rate. I couldn't believe it. I called Lou numerous times lol but the receptionist (Ashley) was very friendly and gave me no hard times, in fact she would laugh when i told her it was me calling again.To make a long story short, I walked away with a brand new 2012 honda civic exl. Everyone worked with me to make this a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others. More

Managers Scott and Rich are extremely out of touch with customers. They have no customer service skills and are more concerned about dealership revenue then customer satisfaction. Do not bring your Honda customers. They have no customer service skills and are more concerned about dealership revenue then customer satisfaction. Do not bring your Honda to this dealership if you need a diagnosis. They will charge you over $100 to diagnose your car, and if their diagnosis is not correct they will refuse to refund you. The manager Rich even had the audacity to tell my wife, "I don't know much about Honda Fits, we only sell high end cars at this dealership." Even when confronted by the Better Business Bureau they still refused to refund me. Honda of Westport is well worth the trip. More

They gave me a very fair price on the new car. Though naturally I would have liked more on the trade-in, it was fair too. I went to Greenwich Honda just to look at the new CRV. Salesman P.J was thoughtful, always respectful, and genuinely a nice guy. It was not the typical insulting experience that one has come to expect when looking at cars -- especially, sad to say, for women. To the contrary, he was helpful, showed me some features, and offered a test drive. (He didn't ask a lot of irrelevant, intrusive questions, as another Greenwich dealer had done, making that experience a big turn-off.) I returned in a couple days and put a contract and deposit on the CRV, which they had to locate. They delivered the exact car I wanted in less than 2 weeks - didn't try to steer me to something easier to find. I was impressed! There was a minor glitch - the car wasn't quite finished prepping when I came at the appointed time to pick it up, so I waited a little bit - not a big deal to me. So, I am happy to recommend the dealer, and especially this salesman, and of course the car! More
