The "service" people are extremely rude and argumentative. They will try to dodge warranty replacements until all else fails. They even suggested that instead of fixing my problem, that I and argumentative. They will try to dodge warranty replacements until all else fails. They even suggested that instead of fixing my problem, that I get stranded and tow the car there, dead, so they can have "proof" of the issue. That's right, I should have my 2 year old car with 26k mi on it, fully under warranty, DIE on the road so they can have concrete proof that anything needs to be fixed. What an utterly ridiculous notion. This type of behavior is likely a breach of contractual warranty. They don't care. The sales people argue, lecture, demean, attempt to intimidate and one even physically threatened me after I dare stare back at him when he tried to stare me down like I was some bug, saying he'd show me who was a "tough guy". Yeah, that's right, their "sales" people threaten customers if they think you're not going to cower and bow down to them. If you want to have horrible service and not have your warranty honored, go here. More
We bought a 2007 Certified Pilot about a Month ago. The car has very low mileage, but had heavy soiled carpeting, missing floor mats as well as the conversation mirror. The exterior has some heavy side and bumper scratches and a few dents on the left side. Our sales rep Christian was very attentive and helpful. While negotiating the price the sales manager was brought in. He was very demeaning and hard to deal with. We ended up buying the car for full asking price and a written understanding that all missing parts and exterior major flaws would be fixed. 1 week later we called to have the car serviced as promised. The manager stated that they would call us when the parts were available. Finally another week later we called to inquire and were told to bring the car in for service. At the end of the day the parts did not come in and the car was not serviced. Another week later the same story with a twist. They installed the wrong carpets (rubber winter type) not original. The exterior was simply detailed but the scratches, scrapes and dents are still there. Then we were told that they again needed to order the paint. Still waiting with no set appointment. That's just unbelievable. Will follow up with a 3rd service appointment. Will post results here. More
My experience at this dealership was absolutely excellent. The General Sales Manager and Sales Representative were exceptional and extremely professional. This is the second trip to this dealership using the same salesperson. Kevin is polite, easy-going and very friendly. He and Renee, worked with my husband and me to get the exact car I wanted.
