Don Martin showed us a price that was too good to be true. When it came time to sign and finish the deal, the manager told us that Don had given us a quote too low. Typical bait and switch. Surprising as this was the fourth car I have purchased at Greenwich Honda. The managers (we spoke to two) would not honor the quote from Don Martin. Manager Rob Velasques politely said that Don Martin promised a price he couldn't deliver on. OUCH. Don Martin is not a rookie and has been at Greenwich Honda for quite a while. Get it in writing at Greenwich Honda. Finally, when I was presented with the bill, they added on costs that Don Martin also verbally told me were included in his quote. Make sure that you have IN WRITING that the quote includes Taxes, Tax on Fees (separate), Rent Charges, Turn in Fee (if you do not purchase vehicle at end of lease), Registration Fees, and License Fees. You are likely to get charged all of these after you agree to a lower price. Buyer Beware. More
Joe was everything you would hope to find in a salesperson when purchasing a car. He was personable, helpful, and he went the extra mile to make sure I got a decent price for my trade-in. In the past, my experience as a buyer has been awful with other dealers. I have been considering purchasing a vehicle for the past couple of months, and have gone to many locations. Unfortunately, most of the places I visited gave me a lot of if's and but's concerning where my credit score is standing. I made the decision in visitng Greenwich Honda and had the pleasure in having Joe V. as my sales consultant. Joe was very pleasant to deal with and gave me a great deal on my brand new Honda Accord. Through the process, I met Business Manager, Lou P., who was also very helpful in giving me details and information I needed to know about the price and the warranty I purchased for my vehicle. I am very delighted I made my purchase with them, there was no pressure, and overall my buying experience was marvelous. Joe is very professional, knowledgable, and friendly, he made my purchase and delivery so calm and peaceful. I would and I will recommend them to people that are looking for a vehicle. More
I have purchase 2008 Honda Accord used car from this dealer. Over All experience has been good with this Dealership. There were some issues with Registration of the car (took around 2 months) but this i dealer. Over All experience has been good with this Dealership. I want to share my wonderful experience I had at the Greenwich Honda dealership this past Saturday January 4, 2014. I have been a loyal Honda customer for over 10 years and going on my seventh one. I re Greenwich Honda dealership this past Saturday January 4, 2014. I have been a loyal Honda customer for over 10 years and going on my seventh one. I reside in the Catskills so there's not many dealerships around, I called many other Honda dealerships including the one I purchased my previous one and I felt like I wasn't getting the satisfaction that I deserved being that I am as I mentioned earlier a loyal customer which I also reminded them of it. The customer service at one particular location had a lot to be desired and I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. I did some research and I came across the Greenwich Honda website. At first I thought it is a far hike considering where I'm traveling from, then I thought, I'll just give it a shot what's the worse that can happen that I haven't already experienced during this exhausting ordeal. When I called, the receptionist answered the phone with a great professional manner and I immediately started to have a good feeling about my decision to call this particular dealership. She transferred me to the next available sales consultant Joe Viveros, I cannot express how helpful, kind and courteous he was, he even took the time to go over some amazing deals they were offering. I planned on making the trip down to Connecticut that same day without hesitation that's how confident Joe made me feel. When I got there it was the same treatment, I didn't feel like an ordinary customer. I also met Lou Piccirillo the Business Manager who was just as courteous and is an incredible asset to the dealership. He made me feel welcomed and didn't try to pressure me like other dealerships tend to do. Words simply can't explain how helpful he was with the questions and concerns I had. I am sincerely grateful for these two gentleman's gracious hospitality along with their strong professionalism and knowledge of the Honda brand. After my experience, I already made sure to mention to my friends and family who are Honda customers to consider changing dealerships for this one. More
Dealer lost my valet key when I went to pick up new car and said they would send it to me. Never received. Jerome Austin said he would handle it.
