After a bad car accident, I needed to lease a new car asap. I called PJ, and he really went above & beyond to help me out. I told PJ the car I wanted and what my budget was -- within 2 days, he had my new car ready. When I went to pick up the car, the entire process in the dealership took a total of 20 minutes. Not only that, but PJ went out of his way to get me the absolute best deal possible. I contacted other dealers to compare prices, and nothing even came close to the deal PJ got for me at Greenwich Honda. In addition to being the fastest and most efficient car leasing experience I've ever had, the price was unbeatable. The car itself has amazing features, some I didn't even ask for! I am still amazed at how quickly PJ is able to get me into such a nice car for such a great price. I have never had such an easy, stress-free experience leasing a car. I have to say I was extremely happy (and satisfied) with my experience there. I came in the morning and was on a time crunch to get to work on time. They were able to fit me in and get me out of there within 15 to 20 minutes tops. I had a complimentary oil change and much to my surprise, it was actually complimentary. There was no BS or hidden fees or charges or up-selling to something else. I was impressed. Service manager was great and reviewed the maintenance inspection sheet also. I left there a happy customer. More

Express service oil change?? Im just wondering how spending 2 hours fir an oil change is considered express?? There was only one man working in one bay. He was working very hard. But the other bay was unused while i was one of seven cars waiting . When i asked why only one car at a time was done, i was told they only had the one worker.. I talked to the service manager and he only made excuses then called across the street and asked why i was told of a approximate wait of 2 hours??.. Yelling at your employees who are working hard does nothing. How bout using the unused bay Mr manager?? My total time there for oil change was 2 hours and 10 minutes🤔.. unexceptable!!! Service like this makes it hard to patronize a dealership More
