I had settled on getting a 2018 EX, because I wanted the Sensing features. Secretly, I wanted the audio from the EXL, because I had that in my 2004 EXL. Debbie -- you were great; really professional (and friendly); Lenny (or should I say, "Elvis" -- your photos)-- thanks for the "compare and contrast" between the 2017 and the 2018; Nikki -- thanks for the GREAT tutorial of the controls and features at the very end. It was a WOW -- especially with the navigation (just like my Garmin!) and the Apple Play. Now I can disable my iPhone's new "do not disturb while driving" feature. You're a terrific teacher. AND: I want to thank my wife Karen for driving me to the dealership (from Rockland County) and waiting all day with me until the sale was finalized.
