Fantastic customer service! Like any business, it's only as good as its staff and Greenwich Honda is blessed with top notch staff all around! I walked in to test drive a CRV and Like any business, it's only as good as its staff and Greenwich Honda is blessed with top notch staff all around! I walked in to test drive a CRV and was helped by Tatiana. She is very knowledgable and explained everything I wanted to know about the vehicle before getting me into the model I wanted to drive. When we got back to the dealership and talked about leasing when we were joined by the General Sales Manager, Chris who offered a deal that was outstanding! Needless to say, I jumped on it and they both worked with me to get the deal done. Tatiana explained each aspect of the transaction and again was very patient with my questions. She gets super high marks for customer service! Tatiana then handed me off to Lou to finalize the lease details and financial arrangements. Lou was terrific and very pleasant to deal with which is very calming in what is usually the most tense part of the car buying process. Finally, Tatiana reviewed the operation of the CRV and helped me get my phone connected to the HondaLink system in the car. I can't rate Greenwich Honda and especially, Tatiana, Chris and Lou highly enough! Thanks to you all for such a great deal, process and mostly my new 2018 CRV! More
