Honda of Stamford responded

This lady did not tell the whole story. She left out the part where she was towing the car on I-95 with no oil in the transmissiom. By her own admission she had to add oil on her way from florida because of a tranny leak. The tranny overheated so bad that the wire harness to the transmission melted. We can not and will not lie to the factory for a customer. There are times where customers need to take responsibility for there actions and this is the case here. She messed up and towed her car with no oil(which she admitted) and expected Honda to eat her mistake. It is for this reason I ask that you take down this review.

We have no excuse for the person that Sabhinav is speaking of, only that he has not worked here for about six years. Sabhinav was not the only person to complain about this person. What needs to be understood is we need to address problems like this according to the law, which is exactly what we did. We will not tolorate behavior like this and do appreciate a customer who tells us rather than just never comming back.
