I called multiple dealers and was surprised to find Greenwich Honda's prices to be the lowest, not to mention they had the earliest appointment available. They went above and beyond to make sure that my car was ready when promised and that they kept in touch with all possible work over the agreement. It has been 1 1/2 weeks since my service and my car is running great! More

I have had only positive experiences with the staff at Greenwich Honda (sales and service) and that is why I continue to lease with Greenwich Honda. Not only do I feel safe in my ever reliable Honda vehicle but there is a face behind my purchase too that I can call at anytime when I have a question about my car. Greenwich Honda's staff matches the quality of a Honda! More
Rob was great to work with. He was an absolute professional and managed the process extremely well. I live in Ct. and my Honda CRV transmission over heated when it was being towed by my RV.This is the second time that this has happened. When I first purchased the CRV the dealer assured me that this car ca when it was being towed by my RV.This is the second time that this has happened. When I first purchased the CRV the dealer assured me that this car can be towed flat. Now the car is sitting at Greewich Honda for a week and no one knows what is going ON.They also tried telling me there was someting wrong with cooling system and that was WHY the transmission failed. I have never had any cooling problems with my CRV! Other than this transmission issue that is still under warranty this car has run fine. They are rude and show no consideration for the customer. I keep calling and nobody can tell me when my car is going to be ready. The service manager Rick Shuler and Sonia(advisor) have no bedside manner. My dealer is in Manchester CT. and I broke down in Greewich Ct.I blame this nightmare also on the insurance company for towing me to the nearest dealer instead of my dealer. I could understand if I was out of my state. Now I have to pay one more week for the rental car. GREEWICH HONDA CT.IS A PURE EXAMPLE OF BAD HUMAN RELATIONS AND LEAVES A SOUR TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH FOR ALL CAR DEALERSHIPS.I sure hope the job is done correctly. More
For several years I was a very loyal customer, buying Hondas from this dealership and having ALL service done by them. They were expensive, but this is Greenwich, CT, and they are convenient to Metro Nor Hondas from this dealership and having ALL service done by them. They were expensive, but this is Greenwich, CT, and they are convenient to Metro North for drop-off as I commute to Manhattan. It's possible to authorize a credit card charge and to pick up the car "after hours" with a second set of keys. About a year ago the demeanor of the service department changed, from generally courteous, and they became unbelievably indifferent if not rude. Took my wife's Odyssey in because the sliding door was not working properly. They called to suggest some $1,000 of additional "service" to be done and I approved those charges although I had some misgivings about doing so. I collected the car after the service department had closed and the door was still not working despite a $250 charge on the invoice for this part of the service. When I called the next day, I was told that to truly fix the door would require a new motor at some $600. I said I didn't want to do that, and I asked that the $250 be taken off my bill since the problem had not been fixed. The service manager verbally attacked me and abused me. We have not been back since and bought our latest Honda from a dealer in Westport, where we now have it serviced. More
FANTASTIC dealership! Great customer service. These other reviews must have just been on a bad day because my experience was flawless. Kevin was incredibly knowledgable about each car i looked at and w other reviews must have just been on a bad day because my experience was flawless. Kevin was incredibly knowledgable about each car i looked at and was very patient as I drilled him with questions. Rene and Norm (sales managers) were very helpful when it came to working out a deal. VERY fast in getting the car (the car arrived at the dealer within a day of me deciding on the color)and was ready to be picked up in less than 2 days. This dealership truly cares about their customers and ensures 100% customer satisfaction before you drive away. :) More
first of all very rude personnel, not the salesman, the sales manager and finance person. nobody explained what the extended warantee covered, just that car needed to be "certified" for additional $1200. sales manager and finance person. nobody explained what the extended warantee covered, just that car needed to be "certified" for additional $1200. when we said we were refusing it, then it was explained what it covered , and sounded reasonable. we took our leased car in to have it certified for us to purchase, was suppose to be 1 to 1 1/2 hours, it took more like 4. personnel didnt know which car was ours, then Damin told my wife they were putting on brakes...we never ok'ed putting on brakes for additional fee. IF WE WERE INFORMED AS WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE>>>it is acceptable, i told this to the finance manager(in a heated manner)he put the phone down and rolled his eyes in front of my wife...GREAT CUSTOMER RELATIONS !!! im in business for myself and the rule is ...if you like a business tell 2 people, if you don't tell 10...i will definately be telling 10 plus people about our experance at greenwich honda. We bought a Honda Odyssey van from this dealer in 2000 and have had every scheduled service (as suggested in the owner's manual) done there in the past nine years. On several occasions I had the feeling t and have had every scheduled service (as suggested in the owner's manual) done there in the past nine years. On several occasions I had the feeling that unneeded "maintenance procedures" were being done on the car but it's the closest Honda dealership and I didn't challenge these. Wish I had. Over the years we have spent several thousand dollars at the service department of this dealership. This summer the right rear sliding door was acting up and we took the car in. They recommended transmission flush amongother things which I ok'd over the phone. I also arranged to have the costs charged to a credit card and to collect the car after the service department closed. Upon collection, I reviewed the bill which came to $700 including $100 to "clean the contacts" on the rear sliding door. As soon as I started the car and tested the door, they had done absolutely nothing to correct the problem. I called the next day and asked that the $100 charged be removed, and I felt surely this would be done without question. Instead, the service manager verbally abused me, accusing me of being a "fat cat" who wanted to cheat the worker who had "cleaned the contacts". He flatly refused to make an adjustment. They have lost a customer forever. Not only will we never return to have our cars serviced there, but we are about to replace the Odyssey and I'll buy it anywhere but Greenwich Honda. More
I have been servicing my Honda Accord here for the past 6 years. Honest service done quickly. I would drop my car off in the morning, get a call mid-morning explaining what needed to be done and why, years. Honest service done quickly. I would drop my car off in the morning, get a call mid-morning explaining what needed to be done and why, and then car would be ready for pick up by 5pm. On several occasions they have told me I can hold off on certain work and then remind me at my next visit. Also, when my tires were worn they mentioned to me that it would be cheaper to buy the tire from a Costco or Town Fair as they have to mark the tires up. BEWARE OF THE SALES DEPARTMENT AT GREENWICH HONDA! SHADY! I decided to look at maybe trading in my current Honda for a new one and the Sales person was horrible! Unprofessional to say the least. I would never buy a car from here even though the service is awesome. I bought my Honda originally from Westport Honda and while the Salesman was a clown, I wasn't buying this car for HIS personality. I knew what I wanted, all he had to do was the paperwork. More
Absolutely the worst dealer to deal with. First the sales person was hungrily chewing a buffalo wing while speaking with us and then when we went out to see the vehicle he started puffing on a cigarette and person was hungrily chewing a buffalo wing while speaking with us and then when we went out to see the vehicle he started puffing on a cigarette and blowing smoke on us!!!!
