We cannot say enough great things about Dahoemis and Ting! We were in a “tight” spot with an old car from a different company and they did everything they could to help us. Never got back to me and I had to call to schedule appointment. This morning when I asked to schedule an appointment for recall notice on Honda Sport CRV Hybrid 2025, I was told someone will get back to me. I had an appointment scheduled and recall parts needed to be set aside to fix my recall. Utter incompetence and not first time. What a happy experience! In all honesty, this was my first dealership visited and I promised myself I wasn't going to buy a car here at this time. I had a fairly good idea of the model I was looking for, and we were greeted by Lourdes, who asked a few questions and took us to see a couple of vehicles. Both were very clean for being kept outside. After Lourdes gave us an overview of the car, we were invited for a test drive. We drove the surrounding suburban streets as well as the nearby interstate. When we returned, we were brought into the business area, and spoke about what we liked about the cars. Lourdes gave me some numbers, and I demurred, saying I wanted to look around a bit. She casually asked what figures I was looking to spend, and having done my homework, I offered just over dealer invoice, not thinking it would be accepted. After a little back and forth, we made a deal. At no time did I feel pressured- and this was the most relaxed I've ever been in a dealership. We had virtually and identical experience with the finance department. Everything was spelled out in as close to plain English as possible, with all questions answered succinctly. Frankly the jury is still out on my final scope of promises, financing, and the ongoing relationship. I think I could of gotten the 2020 FIT for less, but I liked that it had just over 20k. There are STILL 'hail-stone' type dents on the roof that the used car mgr HAS to fix. The car was NOT detailed to certified spec as far as I was concerned for delivery. I used to sell cars at New Country/Volvo of Westport. So I have a perspective. The guys are good guys however overall. Albert is professional. More
