Service This dealer has really gone down hill over the years. My mom has been doing business with the place since 1993. The service department sucks. I have brought our car to get fixed and they can’t get it right. We had multiple issues with it and they say it’s ready and then when you pick it up it’s something else. They call saying the car is ready and then you go to pick it up and it’s right back the next week. They give you your car back dirty and without gas and both seats reclined. The worst part is that I tell them when they call that I’ll pick it up the next day please make sure it’s clean. A day in advance notice and the car is filthy with grease prints all over the hood, fender, door panel and steering wheel. You think someone would clean it. Two times already I have paid to have to detailed after the south motors visit. If they give you your car back in half xxx condition imagine how they treat it behind the seen. One of the time they suggested a new battery on one I had just bought 8 months ago and I had it checked by 3 other places all stating that it’s perfect. They also told my mom the same thing and I told her to have the dealer change it because they just put a new one in it within the year and all of a sudden they tell my mom the battery is fine. I am going to look at another dealer ship to handle the future services. They call and ask how your experience was and you tell them and nothing is ever done or no one calls. I have given them almost $5,000 in warranty work on just the one car. I am going to go to another dealership. Stay away and if you don’t make sure you look over your car carefully. More
The worst place to buy a car at and get repairs done!!! I bought a new car from this dealership in July 2016. After 9 - 10 months of the purchase, my car's battery went bad and I had to get my car towed to I bought a new car from this dealership in July 2016. After 9 - 10 months of the purchase, my car's battery went bad and I had to get my car towed to the dealership. They let me know that the warranty was up since my milage was over 36,000. I admit that I drive a lot but never expected a "good quality" battery to be done for before the year. This dealership will sell you low quality parts and provide and even lower customer service standard. They act kind just to get you but once you have a problem with your vehicle they will go against you with all they have. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at this place that I will make any family member and friend aware of this so they don't commit the same mistake I made. By the way, managers are not customer oriented and will pinpoint you to any direction to get rid of you. Awful place!!! More
Horrible Service! Not even sure where to begin. Service has been horrible from day #1! Arrived at South Motors Honda for a service issue related to my transmission. Not even sure where to begin. Service has been horrible from day #1! Arrived at South Motors Honda for a service issue related to my transmission. The part was not in stock, though expected to arrive the following day. Was advised the job would be completed that day; however, it's currently 11 days later and South Motors has yet to completely rectify the situation. When fixing the transmission part, they managed to break a sensor, which they also did not have in stock. Took 3 days to receive necessary part and, upon installing, they managed to crack my windshield. They then tried to place blame on me, stating that it was like that when I arrived - absolutely untrue! After reviewing security cameras, South Motors admitted to being at fault. Thereafter, the company that they outsourced a new windshield to arrived an hour later than the 3 hour appt window, to then incorrectly install the new windshield causing a leak in my car. Windshield company then would not immediately rectify, stating that they didn't have technicians available and would not ask one to come out the following day, which was Sunday. At this point, there is now water damage to the interior roof of my car, which I will be holding South Motors fully responsible for. After a week and a half of continuous headaches, missed deadlines, lack of communication, and, most importantly, incompetent service, I will never recommend South Motors to anyone, nor will I return to this Honda location after this pending service case is closed! Absolutely horrible experience! More

Still haven't changed My wife took our 2016 Pilot in for an oil change at 10:30AM after making an appointment. She left at 3PM after they lost the FOB to the vehicle and dropped her off at the Enterprise so she can make her way home in a rental. Never going back to this poor excuse of a dealer. We stayed away from Honda because of this dealer's service department experience with a previous Honda CRV. After 8 years we came back because the Pilot won us over. Was planning on getting an Accord, but no way. Staying with Nissan. Oh, they gave us $12 off the service which should have been free with the pre bought maintenance plan we purchased with the vehicle. What an embarrassment. More
Service center is a joke This is by far the SLOWEST and most unorganized service center I've ever encountered. When American Honda called me to review what was wrong with my van the Service Manager Carlos told them so many lies making me look bad and unwilling to work towards a resolution. Carlos tells you one thing,even shakes your hand with a smile! Not to be trusted!! More
Lack of Service I took my car in today for a simple oil change and a battery check. I went in around 10am and did not leave until 430pm. They replaced the battery without notice at a much higher price than somewhere else nearby. After asking about my car 6 hours later, I was told it was ready. Half an hour later, I had to ask for my vehicle again. Turns out, the keys were at the front desk all along. Extremely bad service, yet no apologies about it. More
