I called to see if I was able to fix the locks on my door, and a employee named victor told me it was covered by warranty. Later that day Victor called me and told me I was going to have to pay addition door, and a employee named victor told me it was covered by warranty. Later that day Victor called me and told me I was going to have to pay additional charges for the technician taking more time diagnosing my car. He said he changed my miles on my car to help me out but i never knew or agreed to do that. I never wanted to do that because I know that’s not the right thing to do. Victor tried to scam me for additional charges , changed my miles , and then on top of that the manager named Phil called me a snitch for telling him that his employee is changing miles on the customers vehicles. The time I had arrived I overheard victor telling the previous customer that he was changing his mileage on his vehicle as well. I tried to go about things the right way and I feel as if I was treated very unprofessional and I think something is going on here at this location that should really be investigated. I will also be Submitting a ticket to the Better Business Bureau . More
Service department is a joke. Every time I bring the car In it comes out with more damage snd issues. Got it back in Wednesday after two weeks (was supposed to take one) for damage they cause. Hello everyone please take the time to read the following message. I have a 2017 Honda Civic hatchback that i would normally get serviced at this dealership. Once per year I would change my Cabin air filter message. I have a 2017 Honda Civic hatchback that i would normally get serviced at this dealership. Once per year I would change my Cabin air filter and my engine air filter myself because it's more cost efficient to do so and it only takes 5 mins if you know where the filters are located (Behind the glove box for the cabin filter). The last time I went to get my car serviced they asked me if I would like to change my cabin air filter for the marked up price of $80, I told the guy I'll replace the cabin air filter myself because I've done it before and it only cost me $30 more or less. His response was I'll have my guys check it anyways, I told him that was unnecessary. A couple days ago I decided to order new filters because it been about 1 year since the last replacement. Today I went to replace the cabin air filter and to my surprise the filter was tampered with and damaged. Not only was it installed incorrectly and bent up, someone tried to put a hole in the filter. So I'm guessing because they realized they couldn't charge me for a new cabin air filter they decided to damage the one I had. I would not be going back to this dealership for any type of maintenance. More
