Horrible service from Rolando ( one of the service attandants there ) … tried to charge me $300 for a loosd case on a key. I approached the service department first to see how I can get to the right person that could look at my key and Rolando said there was no fixing a loose key and that it cost $300 and I told him that I knew for a fact it cost about $60 because I have replaced a loose case on my key before and the whole interaction with this guy was awful after having that conversation he was dismissive and rude and he pointed me to the parts department. I went there and they helped me right away and it costs me $85 to replace both of my keys covers and curing of the new keys. I went back to the service department to show the guy my receipt so he learns to treat people with respect and not try to be corrupt with his pricing. I found out from the service manager who’s name is Phil that it costs $300 to “reprogram keys “ and that’s clearly not what I needed so keep in mind to always stay clear of these corrupt service sharks that just want to screw over a local and repeated customer that knows better than to pay $300 just to fix a loose key More
I have contacte Mr. Solazarno Several time related to a bundle insuarnce not requested and adding to the loan to be removed and he has not provide any repsonde. He has not responde my last email on Ferbuary 2nd I am still seeing that the amount of this insurance was not removed from my loan. Biside that he also added a batery insurance for a certified vehicle. The battery for a certified car must be in good condition however it had to be replaced a month after the opurchae of the car. From numerous mistakes during the purchase process to significant issues after returning the car, their handling of the situation was completely unacceptable. After returning the car, the dealership failed to remove it from my name, resulting in toll fees and the cancellation of my driver’s license due to the car being uninsured under my name. Despite repeatedly warning them and asking for these issues to be resolved, they did nothing to fix the situation. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to address critical problems have caused me undue stress and financial burden. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this dealership. More

Very Bad advertising. Doing bat and switch be careful. I called the dealership to Lease a Honda Odyssey they have advertised for est $219 a month est $5995 due at signing Doing bat and switch be careful. After everything was set and done it came out to $589 a month with almost a 12k down payment. When I asked them why so much they shared with me that was an estimated price listed on their ad. That is ridiculous that is straight-up BAIT AND SWITCH. I will not recommend anyone to do business with them. More
