Great customer service as usual with the Service Dept. My rep, Darrell, was both professional and friendly and explained all that was done for my car. Very poor service and nothing was done after I gave my feedback to the manager. I brought in my vehicle for oil change and left with a flat tire that service did not even want to fix.
