She always greets customers with a smile and she always asks if there is anything else she can help you with before you leave. She even double checked another customers and my e-mail address before we left for a raffle with a tv as a prize the dealership is holding this month. Horrible Reception Staff and Service Staff, GM of Dealership Bought a brand new 2016 Honda Civic, only to find out it has rattling issues with the rear when music is played. I brought it in for service, and the service advisor (clearly not someone fully trained in this industry) told me theres nothing that could be done. I tried contacting the GM of the dealership only to be ignored several times with my concerns. I'm going to keep bringing it back and possibly file a lemon law claim. The 2 heavy latina receptionist for service are also very dismissive and should be working at a prison instead of in the "customer service" department. More
