Convenient location for me PROS: Very satisfied with my dealings with Carina, service advisor; she was friendly, efficient, pleasant, and called me as soon as car was ready. Easy to make appointment: advisor attended quickly when I arrived. Car was serviced in timely fashion as promised. Waiting area very clean, comfortable and spacious. CONS: Not so happy with the paperwork. For past 2 years Honda has listed a wrong phone number and unknown email address on my record. Carina tried her best to delete it, but it didn't work. Said it would be taken care of by tech department. Misinformation still there when I returned to pick up my car. I'll have to see what happens when I return on my next visit. TPMS indicator came on after I drove off. This is second time after service that it happened. I had to turn it off by pressing the TPMS button. The "washing" was a lame excuse. I had pigeon poop on car which "rinsing" didn't remove. More

I can’t give this place 5 stars cause the service department was pretty crap the last time I had to bring my previous car (2014 CRV) in. Bobbi in sales offered me a comp detail cleaning which turned out to be a total joke- I’m still mad about it. Wasted 3 hours of my time on a Sat. So hopefully I won’t have to go back to their service department- I don’t recommend them. But the buying process was fine- as expected. The sales and finance folks are nice. I like the no need to haggle pricing. More

Excellent Sales Department Staff So the evening that my son and I went into Honda of Serramonte in Colma, CA. We asked for Aaron Cornejo whom my son had initially had contact with and had test driven a 2018 Honda Touring. That's who we had asked for the evening I had went in to now test drive one for myself. Aaron was very professional and has a great personality he was outstanding. I ended up purchasing two of the new 2018 Honda Tourings. Also we had the pleasure of dealing with Marcin Pendzialek, what an awesome guy, very professional, courteous, and always looking out for the buyer.. Thank you Marcin. Also Aung, the financial person and Mele, wonderful lady, loved her way of dealing with the customer, last but not least the information desk gal Kim.. Very nice! Vey bad service My sales person(Zahi Abukhader) asked me to give 5 stare rating when I bought my Honda Pilot. but due to his unprofessional behavior I am giving him n My sales person(Zahi Abukhader) asked me to give 5 stare rating when I bought my Honda Pilot. but due to his unprofessional behavior I am giving him no star. If I am able to give I would give him negative rating. Here is the story.. I have got new Honda pilot 2018 and there was wear and tear near passenger window. The sales person and sales manager both agree to fix asap but its been more than three/four weeks and no follow up. I have called multiple times to the sales person and he also not responded. On 8th of March, I spoke with him at 9:25am PST in the morning and he assured me to send all the pictures and proof of order but till 12:00pm PST I have not received any information. At 12:05 I have called again to customer service and transferred to one of the sales manger and his name is Francisco. He told me that they are going to order the parts today means they did not order before. Since, I have got my car I have been calling every week at least 2-3 times they lied about my order every time. On 13th of March they scheduled to fix my car and I dropped my car in the morning. In the evening when I went to pickup my car found that they did changed wrong rubber. when I saw my sales person he was unapologetic and looks unprofessional and was playing on his mobile. One of the manager came and promised to reorder the parts and let me know. More
