Our first new car in 15 years! I came with my two sons to test drive a Honda CR-V. I’ve been driving the same Toyota Corolla for almost 15 years. It has been reliable, but after tha I came with my two sons to test drive a Honda CR-V. I’ve been driving the same Toyota Corolla for almost 15 years. It has been reliable, but after that many years it just wasn’t a comfortable ride for my daily commute (between SF and San Mateo) and long road trips during the summer. So it was time for a new car! I decided I wanted something different than a sedan so we visited several different car dealerships to look at their compact SUVs. When we arrived at Honda of Serramonte, we were immediately greeted by Ela, who was very friendly and offered to let us take a test drive. The boys loved the car right away but I needed more convincing so I spent some time that evening reading reviews of the car. By morning I was sold! We came back to the dealership that afternoon and Ela was waiting for us. She took us out for another, longer test drive this time. After we found the car in the exterior and interior colors we wanted, we came back to start the paperwork. Ela was very patient with me and very gracious while I panicked about the purchase I was about to make (I’m a single mom and I haven’t bought a car in 15 years!). She and the manager Francisco Ramirez gave me a great deal, and I’m so happy about the experience. My sons and I can’t wait for many fun road trips! More

Got my first Honda Civic Si here Matthew (MJ) is the real hero here. I already know what i want to get, and i need it asap because my brother just bought my car. I came in on sunday evening before their closing time, MJ stayed over with me to go through all what needed to get me that sexy CiviC Si i've been dreaming of. Wifey wanted 4 door Civic Si, but their location only have coupes. MJ promised me to get the 4 door one by monday, and i agreed. We went back on monday, and BAM!!!! that silver surfer civic si been sitting nice and clean waiting for me. Couldn't be happier, and then my dude proceed to show me how much cool feature this Sly Si have beside that sweet bucket seats, 205 HP, helical limited slip diff, and adaptive damping. I was in awe the entire time.. my new boosted bucket seated Civic Si got swaaaaggg!!! I probably will found out those cool features after driving that sexy beast for a month, but MJ educate me in 10 minutes of intense session.. love that dude, no homo. He reviewed and patiently explained what needed to be done and gave me the best price he could with my coupons. I don't mind spending the money when explained what the charges are for. He had the oil changed and checked out everything and found some things that needed attention.
