Warranty repair on 2012 crv I brought my 2012 crv in to the Honda Serramonte dealership due to a 1-2 second rattling noise after starting the vehicle. They ran a diagnistic and I brought my 2012 crv in to the Honda Serramonte dealership due to a 1-2 second rattling noise after starting the vehicle. They ran a diagnistic and found a bad vtc actuator that was causing the noise. Corina the service rep. Told me it would be a $900.000 repair, ouch! So i told her I would call her back in an hour. I did some quick research online and discovered Honda had issued a service bulletin about faulty vtc actuators on all civic and crv models from 2008-2012. I picked up the phone and let Corina know about my findings. She referred me to the service tech. Who confirmed my findings. 4 days later the car was fixed and Honda covered 99% of the repair cost. Along the way I received great service and attention from Tom the service dept. manager. The whole service team had a great attitude and I wont hesitate to bring my beloved crv back to them. More

Wing (Sales Associate) is very friendly and patience with us . I have bombarded him with all the questions I can think of and he can answer all my questions confidently. He answer your questions, let you test drive the car, give you his business card and let you walk away. He doesn't demand for a sale like a lot of other car salesman. A lot of other car salesman always say, if you walk out the door now, you don't get this great deal anymore. They have many cars to choose. Don't let the size of the dealership lot deceive you. They can drive you to another lot with a least another few hundred of cars. This means if you don't see the car you want at the dealer lot, tell them to drive you to another lot to pick your model or options. More
