No follow up Upon showing up for my appointment with Rilee, I was told that he had already taken off for the day. This was an appointment I had set up with him on the phone. He never called to change it and didn’t notify me that he wouldn’t be there. Moreover, when I got to the dealership I was told that they sold out of the car model I was looking at! Rilee could have easily called me and saved me a a lot of time. It’s the absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. More
