Serramonte personnel a lot more friendly or,personable than the SF ACURA peeps! although I only went 1 X . I bought my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring with David Zeng on October 2023. Service was amazing so I came back looking to get a 2.0T Honda Accord. I went to reserve the vehicle on Sep. 5th because the Zeng on October 2023. Service was amazing so I came back looking to get a 2.0T Honda Accord. I went to reserve the vehicle on Sep. 5th because the vehicle wasn't ready, but wanted to test-drive, and make sure the car was for me. David was exceptional in providing a good trade-in value & answering all my questions. I came back the next day to purchase the vehicle, but David wasn't available, and referred me to his colleague Nelson Tam. He was very friendly, and was able to get me the car in a timely manner. Finance manager was a bit pushy when it came to purchasing other add-ons like warranties, but at least he wasn't forceful. I just wish he didn't keep asking over and over again. I ended up not getting the extended warranty. Other than that, I ended up paying what I wanted. Thank you David & Nelson. You guys' are amazing, and thank you so much for getting me my 2022 Accord 2.0T!!! If you're looking for a new or used car, ask for David and/or Nelson. More
