Awesome! Great customer service! Bobbie Santos helped me with my car's repair. I came in for my appt. and he reviewed the repairs that will be done, that we talked about on the phone Bobbie Santos helped me with my car's repair. I came in for my appt. and he reviewed the repairs that will be done, that we talked about on the phone. Clearly, he broke it down for me specifically what repairs will be done that day (the brake system) and other recommendations. I refused the other recommendations because it was beyond my budget. But I receive no pressure from Bobbie Santos to do it now. He simply respected my decision and moved on. He promised to have it done around lunch time. Promptly enough, he texted when it was done. When I came, he was on lunch. The person who helped me was equally helpful. The amount was lower than what we originally talked about. So Bobbie actually applied a discount. I feel a huge difference on the brakes, it was as if the car the car is new again. I'll come back again to do rest of the recommendations. More
