Not impressed with management and customer service Unfortunately we have to give 2 stars. We came to look at a vehicle and one of the employees left a window open during the rain storms so there was wa Unfortunately we have to give 2 stars. We came to look at a vehicle and one of the employees left a window open during the rain storms so there was water inside the vehicle. We came back to see he same vehicle two weeks later and the carpets were dried out like they said. When it came time to work out a deal the sales person we worked with was very nice and helpful, the manager however was a stickler and didn’t give a @#$& about customer service. He was not helpful and didn’t care that his employees left the window open and potentially damaged the interior of the vehicle. The manager was not willing to budge on the price and at the end of the day we got $100 off the price but had to pay for some random stuff that they recouped the cost. Ultimately, we didn’t feel appreciated as customers who decided to give them a second chance. We understand that people make mistakes but as a customer you want to feel appreciated, and when it comes to buying a vehicle, paying less means more. We got none of that and walked out of there with a nice used car but no feeling of being treated with good customer service. Like mentioned earlier, our sales person was nice and helpful, the manager was not and this place would not be my first choice to buy a vehicle from. More

It was a wonderful experience - Nelson was extremely curteous, understood my initial hesitation since I had not driven a new car in almost 20 years, patiently explained all the features, even explained more when I had to return to get the cargo cover installed. Everyone I encountered in the service area kept me informed about the time involved, the procedure to install it, and made my waiting comfortable. My kids have driven Hondas for over 20 years and picked the right dealer to lease my newest car for me. More
